We have been booking our holiday home through Belvilla for more than 25 years. At first glance very nice and clean but the second view was not so good. Spider webs on the ceiling, water spots in the living room on the wall that were older. The mattresses durchgelegrn, vacuum cleaner was cleaned by us, in the second bedroom only a saggy Beistellbett.Die environment beautiful but everything only by car.

Since we had quartered ourselves for the second time in the apartment, this time we could calmly look forward to our arrival. Key and Quartierübergabe ran smoothly, everything was well prepared and we could start in a carefree holiday week.

When we arrived we saw the beautiful big house in a great environment. With a path of 2.4 km steep up, the house is located high and from the balcony a beautiful view. The surroundings with Kaprun, Kitzsteinhorn, Gross Glockner and Kitzbühel are fantastic. It is a complete house, living room with wall unit, plenty of storage space, bedroom with a 2.5 meter long linen closet. Large kitchen with plenty of space and nicely equipped kitchen to work. There is a very good wifi in the house. There are 53 steps to go to the floor. The smartphone was left behind and the fam. Sent him immediately, within 4 days we had him again. Great hospitality

Nice owner, who on arrival briefly told where everything stands and how the waste separation works. The house is exactly as in the pictures, even more spacious in het echt.Het house is very clean! If you want to take a shower or something with hot water, turn on the tap! It can take about 5 min. before there is hot water There is no dishwasher, washing up So there is no washing machine at the house but if you still want to use one, that is possible for € 5, - per spin There is also a good working wifi network that there is no bread service, there is a bakery downstairs in the village.We were 4 adults, and that went prima.It are indeed as already indicated, very many stairs! Balcony is private, with on one side a fence.In the house next to it lives one of the children of the owner.The view is breathtaking! There are parking places in front of the house.When you stay with dog, do not forget to take poop bags! The owners grow organic hay, your dog may not leave a need there, but you can do something v Erder behind the house into a forest, there it is allowed. Through this path you reach a very small water trap, and further up also at a restaurant. There are activities to do in the area, we mainly like walking clammies, for that you have to go a bit further away. The Seissenbergklamm is about 64 km, so 1 hour away. For the rest fantastic house, friendly helpful owner who is totally not intrusive. Enjoyed it!

Kindly received by the hostess. Very neat accommodation, with nice beds! Enough space and fantastic views. The sun was shining on the balcony, where you can sit out of the wind. The house is at the end of the road, along the alm you walk into the forest. For children, sledding and rolling in the snow right next to the house. Our daughter was allowed to help in the cowshed. There are 2 ski areas in the area and the Panoramabahn is nearby.

The apartment is very tidy, simply furnished but with all the conveniences. An oven and microwave are present, no dishwasher so .. wash yourself. There is plenty of closet space. I would stay there with no more than 4 adult people. One indicates that it is a 5 person apartment. From the apartment you can leave for a walk if you want to stay nearby. We enjoyed it as well as enjoying the magnificent view.

The accommodation is approximately 1.5 km outside the village and is accessible via a steep road uphill. The house is at 1,019 meters altitude. It is a spacious and reasonably comfortable home. You do not miss a cozy sitting area and a pity is that you can never sit in the sun in the summer on the balcony. The balcony is south facing, but the sun is turning over the house. To sit in the sun you have to sit on the grass outside the house on a chair.

The arrival was a little problematic. The house was not easy to find, even with the help of the Tom-Tom. But after a bit of searching we came out. The accommodation was fine. The view of the Hohe Tauern National Park is phenomenal. And the hiking possibilities were more than sufficient. So from the house the walking path on or just a small part by car to a nice starting point.

Perfect location to visit the ski resort of Kitzbuhel or Bramberg, you are at the cable cars within 10 minutes. House has stunning views over the valley and the friendly owners who were very helpful, it was a great week. House very clean and everything in good staat.Even questions and we also got access to wifi.

Much done, this holiday. Location is perfect, view between Krimml and Kaprun.Veel, cable cars are close by, nature is prachtig.Ontelbaar many hiking trails. Also ideal for children. Magnificent views thanks to its location midway mountain, no traffic around.

Secluded from traffic noise we especially enjoyed the mountain views from the balcony at the house. The owners are friendly, the handling is unkompliziert.Eine number of walks of varying extent and difficulty we could do, many more would have been possible. Even with streaky weather it was worth it for us all - really good rest!

From this property, we skied in the nearby places of ski Bramberg am Wildkogel. This is a great ski resort for beginners and intermediates. many blue pistes and a quiet area. From the house you drive 10 minutes to a spacious park terrible legend of Bramberg and you in 5 minutes to the cable car are. The house was large and was on the second floor. The house was clean and certainly not dated. kitchen, toilet and bathroom was perfectly in order. In short: we enjoyed the house and the ski.

The apartment is equipped very loving. The fantastic views and very nice landlord family are included! The apartment is a good starting point for direct access to hiking trails within 15 minutes. Can be reached by car within 10 minutes, the cable cars in the neighboring towns and other attractions.

Our holiday house in Dankl We rather liked (family with children 7 and 10 years old). House is at the end of the road, therefore safe for children to play outside. The apartment is anything but gedateert spacious and everything is there, everything is clean and does it.

Very quiet apartment with a nice view. Friendly managers. The apartment was very clean. Unfortunately, the apartment has a shared balcony, downstairs there is a swing for children, slide and trampoline. From the apartment there are beautiful hiking routes.

Very nice owner, who immediately came to the aid us when we were stranded chains because we still had not lie. A nice apartment with great location at the end of a mountain road. From the village, you still have about 200 meters up a narrow road (2,500 meters). In real winter conditions can be tricky.
