This holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a beautiful holiday home, directly on Nassfeld, high above Hermagor in the Carnic Alps in Carinthia and is surrounded by a gigantic mountain backdrop.
The holiday apartment has a spacious furnished living room, an open, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The holiday home also has a lounge, a sauna and a ski room. You can park directly at the house.
The holiday home is located in the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia and is not far from the Italian border, 20 minutes from a jump into Lake Presseggersee and in an hour you can be in Slovenia.
Experience an unforgettable vacation in this alpine retreat! The versatile Nassfeld ski area in the Sun Ski World offers 110 kilometers of slopes of all levels of difficulty and the proximity to Italy makes this ski area in Carinthia a tip for everyone who wants to feel the Italian holiday feeling, and not just in summer.
Also recommended is the Nassfeld Outdoor Park, where family holidays are really fun. There are a variety of challenges for young and old in Carinthia's largest outdoor park, such as high ropes courses, climbing, flying fox, 3D archery, mountain carts and river tubing.

Fantastic holiday home for both summer and winter. Everything in the neighborhood and complete house.
We found a cozy and spotless apartment. We were well received by the owners who live in the same property. The apartment is clearly built for the winter sports and has everything you need including excellent wifi. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for hiking (mountain). Due to the location at altitude (1500 meters), the evenings were often quite fresh. Messages and sandwiches were available within walking distance. One disadvantage is that the apartment is quite expensive for what you get back to space. The additional costs were high! Wonderful walks made, starting from the house. Down in the valley, swimming in the clear lake.
We arrived hours earlier because we night million gereden.We had gained access to our stay we were very happy because were very tired! The owner is very welcoming and has told us everything nicely !! Have nowhere to questions do! And every day when we saw the owner, he asked if everything was okay! Also a plus that the owner could speak English and so could communicate with our son. We (parents) can not speak English or German and it was a shame because the owner was a nice man to experience a chat! The only drawback we found that you had to make long distances to gaan.Maar to sights or something in front of it so we do have a lot of considering the environment! And it was a pity that the television always uitviel.Ondanks it was not with weather we still had a great week in a neat and clean house with a beautiful view !!!!! !!!!!Thanks for this!
