This completely renovated country house consists of two apartments (ground floor and first floor) and is ideal for a larger group or 2 families. It is modernly furnished and offers 2 separate living rooms, each with its own open, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. Upstairs is a large dining table where everyone can get together. From the living room (ground floor) you can access the large terrace and the garden. In the basement of the house there is a storage room for skis. There are enough parking spaces in front of the door.

Kötschach-Mauthen in the border triangle of Slovenia - Italy - Austria is an ideal holiday destination for both sun and snow holidays. For active, sporty vacationers, but also ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, and is known for its magnificent nature and healthy air. The Kötschach-Mauthen / Vorhegg ski area is very suitable for families and can be easily reached on foot. With the free ski bus you can also reach the Nassfeld ski area in 20 minutes, one of the largest ski areas with 110 km of slopes, and after all activities you can relax in the subtropical swimming pool with sauna right in Kötschach-Mauthen.

In summer the possibilities are really endless, with a.o. Canoeing, rafting, mountain biking, mountaineering, swimming in natural pools, fishing, horseback riding, golf, etc.
