This modernly furnished holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in a converted, around 450-year-old farm at an altitude of approx. 1050 meters in Fresach in Carinthia, directly in the mountains a short distance from Lake Millstättersee and between the ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the Sportberg Goldeck with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

The house in which this holiday apartment is located was built around 450 years ago and converted into a holiday home by the owner while preserving its authentic character. The holiday apartment is simple but fully furnished. This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with a hotplate and a refrigerator and the living room has a cozy, typically Austrian dining area and a television. As a guest you can use the large garden and the pool (May-September).

There is a lot to experience in the area around the house - both for sporty holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet. In summer, Lake Millstättersee is highly recommended and offers many water sports opportunities, other swimming lakes nearby include Lake Faak and Lake Ossiacher. A ride by bike is also highly recommended. In winter you can choose from several ski areas that can be reached quickly by car.

The municipality of Fresach is located in the Villacher-Land district in the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia.
