This modern, spacious and detached holiday home for a maximum of 8 people is located in Köttmansdorf in Carinthia, embedded in a wonderful idyllic landscape between the famous Wörthersee, the Ferlacher Stausee, Feistritzer Stausee, Rauschelesee and the Keutschacher See.

The state capital Klagenfurt and the Klagenfurt Center with shopping facilities are 13 km away. The Wörthersee is 15 km away and a perfect place for a day trip with lots of swimming fun. Directly in Köttmannsdorf you will find various shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The municipality of Keutschach am See, 10 km away, is located in the natural four-lake valley (Rauschelesee, Keutschacher See, Hafner See and Baßgeigensee), not only ideal for summer fun with swimming, cycling and hiking but also suitable for a nice day trip.
The Pyramidenkogel tower is 22 km away and offers a wonderful panoramic view.
Public transport is 3.5 km away and Klagenfurt with Klagenfurt Airport is about 13 km away.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks again, it was a great time and we will definitely come back! Everything speaks in favor of this holiday home: the host family, the scenery and of course the house itself. If you are looking for a "holiday among friends", then you have come to the right place. The accommodation was completely clean and as good as new, we immediately noticed that you were has put a lot of effort into this. It's spacious and comfortable, so you can have a good time even in bad weather. It was easy to get to and the connection to nearby seaside resorts, mountains and other attractions is just great - despite the quiet, relaxed area you can always find something to do here. The host family is the absolute highlight - very helpful, humorous and We got on so well, it was like we had never vacationed anywhere else. You just felt at home straight away! To sum it up: The vacation was great! I can only recommend this property to everyone. It is best to book longer than you would have planned, because when you are there you just don't want to leave. The holiday home is incredibly beautiful, modern and equipped with everything you could want. You feel at home right from the start and you notice above all that every room has been furnished with love. In addition, our hosts were always courteous and helpful! All in all, this house is the perfect choice for a getaway with friends or family, as the area also offers beautiful hiking trails. We would definitely like to come back again !!
