This modern and detached holiday home for a maximum of 6 people is located in Treffen am Ossiacher See in Carinthia and boasts a quiet yet central location for exploring this beautiful corner of Austria near the Italian and Slovenian borders.

The holiday home has an open living and dining area with a sofa bed, fireplace and a seating area as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The ski room is equipped with a ski boot heater and there is also a bicycle cellar, a terrace and a beautiful garden with deck chairs.

The community of Treffen am Ossiacher See is located at the transition from the area valley to the Villach basin, so the two hiking paradises of Gerlitzen Alpe and Verditz are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. The well-known lakeside resorts of Annenheim and Sattendorf are an Eldorado for water sports enthusiasts. The holiday apartment is only 7 km north of Villach and a few kilometers from Lake Ossiacher, where a large selection of swimming and water sports options await you. The Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with almost 70 kilometers of slopes is also almost on the doorstep.

Directly in Treffen there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
