Nice house with good facilities. Neat and clean. Highly recommended!

The house itself is a winner, certainly big enough but for the summer there was too little privacy and a lot of insight into the garden. In addition, the cable lifts (available at 100m) are closed in summer, this was not clearly stated in the description of the house.

Solid house in a great location for the ski area. The kitchen equipment is a bit sparse, but the house manager went to great lengths and provided what was missing as far as possible. We didn't have WiFi as agreed.

Excellent detached house with jaccuzi and sauna. Nice beds and 2 bathrooms with washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped.

The garden is not kept up, it was unkempt bij.In the house there are several things that need to be repaired. Such as lamps, hob does not function well. But Belvilla contact person has solved some points well.

On arrival we were able to get the key from the key safe. It is a beautiful spacious house, wonderful house to relax. House Astrit is located in a small but cozy village. We have experienced it as a very nice holiday.

Arrival is well arranged. Owner is neatly on time at the agreed place. Cottage looks great and wonderfully comfortable and equipped with all kinds of luxury facilities (sauna / jacuzzi). Environment is very beautiful and lots to do for young and old

The house is fine, you are on the slopes in a few minutes. Everything is neat and tidy, sufficient kitchen supplies, the beds are good ... in short, a cozy place to "relax in the evening. Herr Bliem is also very friendly and helpful.

23.02.-02.03.2019.Das house is ideal for skiing (in 5-10 minutes walk you are at the ski lift, or you can go further up the slope to the valley station). It is also spacious and reasonably well equipped. Even the sauna is reasonably large and there is a BOSE area ... but there are also negative .... therefore unfortunately 2 star deduction for the house, because ... the house is not on the slopes, so no direct start with Ski from the house (the slope is also not reachable in 2 minutes) and unfortunately you can see as well as nothing from the slope, since other houses were built in between. The hot tub was already said by others that he is quite visible. In the house is to complain 1) instead of Bose conditioning rather an additional couch. 3 seats for 6 are too few. 2) The closet is missing in a bedroom. But you should rather do without the TV in the room, because there are no other hooks on the walls of the bedroom 3) Also not nice, that there is no toilet in the bathrooms above. This is separate and that would be OK, but there is no hand basin (NoGo). 4) Another NoGo is the unattached lounger in the sauna. There is danger to life, as it always tips away when you sit down on the edge! 5) If towels are on offer, then please also for the guest toilet. 6) The cutlery / dishes should be checked ... there is e.g. no frying pan for the pan 7) The switches of the lighting are very hard to get used to. But on the whole, you can recommend the house for a ski week.

The accommodation was great.The area was beautiful walking trails, and possibly cycling routes. Very good to do with dogs.

Directions unproblematic, caretaker friendly and fast on the spot. House top and above all warm little restriction in a room the closet space was too scarce, also there was only in the entrance area a clothes rack. Possibilities to hang worn clothes for ventilation in the rooms were missing. House ideally located to the ski slope, only about 200 m walk.

Handover was great. Missing towels were immediately re-delivered.

For our honeymoon booked in August. The surrounding nature is very beautiful. On foot you can go directly from the accommodation a lot of tours. The jacuzzi is suitable for up to 5 people. This can however be viewed from the surrounding holiday homes. More privacy is offered by the (wirlpool) bathtub in the beautiful bathroom on the first floor of the building. The equipment is top. TV in the living room and the adjacent bedroom to the bathroom with jacuzzi. The kitchen is also well equipped oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, refrigerator with small freezer, kitchen tool, dishwasher ... Conclusion for those who want to enjoy not only nature but also house is certainly not disappointed with a good price performance ratio.

Nice house, spacious and luxe.Alleen not very clean gemaakt.Gebied is uncluttered with good sneeuw.Vanaf season 18/19 a gondola from the valley badger do need!

From arrival to departure it was well organized. The way to the lift is very short and you therefore need a car.

The house is amazing, the location perfect, the fireplace is an excellent place to hang around, have a glass of wine, chat with friend and relax. The sauna and the inside whirlpool bath were great, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for 6 people to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. Great that the facility has two parking spaces and that the house carer takes great care of the place around the house even during your stay. All in all, we are looking forward to return next year.

A comfortable and very well equipped chalet in a small development of similar structures. Quite close (&lt5 min) to the aineckbahn valley station, though not exactly a ski-out/ski-in location. We missed a ski storage room.

Very nice area. Wonderful walks maken.Wel little huts were able to open early Juni.Ondanks the rain we have everyday very nice trips gemaakt.Huis was good. Neat ontvangst.Gewoon very good vakantie.Volgend year definitely return.

It is a luxurious house with a lot of options especially with electronics to anything more places to sit back for 6 people would have been very nice

Homeowner Helmuth Bliem is a very friendly and helpful man.

The weather was Ok. The slopes and snow great.

The house is well equipped, well maintained and very clean. Also on site there is a very competent and friendly contact person who can help immediately. We arrived in winter only to 22 clock and were still warmly welcomed and the house was already warm. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for our undertaken trips (Ice Caves, Salzburg, Liechtenstein Gorge, Dachstein Mountains, Ice Cave, Mammoth Cave). Shopping facilities are a short drive away. We are very pleased and would do it again in a house of Belvilla holiday !!

The house was as described, clean, modern, it lacked nothing. Whirlpool and sauna were very welcome in the cool weather. Nice excursions, easy to reach on foot or by car.

The house in Lungern was awsome, dieAusstattung and location were great. We could do a lot and enjoyed the holiday to the fullest.

Except for a few small things, but they were adjusted on the spot. Everything OK. Any time.
