This modern and luxurious apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located on the 1st floor of an apartment house in St. Georgen near Salzburg in the Salzburgerland, near Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment house consists of a total of 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or together.
This apartment is located on the ground floor and features a luxurious, spacious living room with a fold-away double bed for 2 people, an open plan modern and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed (one double bed can be converted into 2 single beds), one of the two bedrooms has an extra bunk bed for 1 person. The apartment also has a terrace and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (for a fee) and bicycles (for a fee). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.
The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.
In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Fijne accommodatie, schoon en alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Klantvriendelijke gastheer/vrouw, altijd makkelijk benaderbaar. Genoten van onze vakantie, leuk dorpje vlakbij Bruck en Zell am See.
The apartment was clean and warm and very well positioned. It"s cca 10min (by car) from Zell am See and also 15min from few Ski Areas (Kaprun, Schmitten, Kitzsteinhorn..).Comfortable big beds, clean rooms and pretty enough space for everything (we were 4 adults with 3 small kids).Big and nice equipped kitchen as well.Almost forgot, a beautiful view to the valley and mountains through the living room window!Communication with the Host was nice and easy.Looking forward to come back again and enjoy the vacation time!
We have had a fantastic week in this apartment. We were in apartment 1, on the ground floor. So we also had a garden, which is very nice with five children. The owner is very friendly and has everything neatly arranged. Beds made on arrival and two towels per person. Very clean, tidy and complete. In short, fantastic!
We had a nice stay. It is a beautiful and clean apartment with a friendly owner. It is a few minutes' drive from Kaprun and Zell am See. If you really want to stay in a bustling village or a bustling city, it's best to look for accommodation in Kaprun or Zell am See, but this was fine for us :-)

The arrival and handover was easy. The accommodation was lovely and well equipped. The location is very nice and quiet. The landlords are super nice.

An absolutely great stay. The apartment is perfect. We were there as a family with three generations. Location is great. There is also an economy in the village .... In 10 minutes in Kaprun ... In 15 minutes in Zell am See. We would love to come back.

Good reception. House is fantastic. The disadvantage in our apartment is that there was no bank. The whole week to kitchen articles alone is annoying. Youth then goes to bed earlier than they hang around the table the evenings
Very complete and modern apartment, everything has been thought! It is a quiet village, excellent base for skiing in Zell am See / Kaprun.
Very nice contact. The apartment is very well furnished and ideally located for accessing all ski areas within minutes, making it very flexible no matter what the weather is Suitable for larger groups, we'll be back.
We had a very nice week, not least because of the beautiful apartment that we had rented. Neat reception, personal approach and very thoughtful! The building is completely new and contemporary and tastefully decorated. The village is small and has a baker, no other facilities. However, the supermarket is within a 10-minute drive. With resp. 15 or 25 minutes you are on the slopes in Zell am See cq. Kaprun. The latter is really a very nice ski area.
