Chalet Cervus Zell am See

We were only 5 people and therefore each had a separate room. The house is well furnished and there is plenty of crockery and cutlery.

The chalet was ok and the area was nice and quiet. The cleaning wasn’t the best, bathroom showers would spill water as they weren’t very water tight, the heating was set low and there were insects (even in bed, on one occasion). Also, would have helped to have some details about skibus, but we ended up using our cars. Overall it was decent and we had a good time.

Our house in Brück, Zell am See was fairly new and fairly clean. I contacted the house keeper in advance who said she would provide the code for the key box the day of the outward journey. Arriving there at 4pm we still had no code. The front door was closed, and so was the key box. I tried to call and email but no answer. Until I pushed hard against the front door and it opened, it was not locked but I had to push hard. That way we could already get in. Only after an hour did I get the house keeper on the phone. We could have stood in that driveway with 11 really long. The house itself, the lounge was far too small for 11. Max for 6. The kitchen was also not too big. For the rest beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The cooking equipment was in very bad condition, there was too little cutlery, broken tiles on the stairs to the basement, loose skirting boards, mold in the shower, after taking a shower the bathroom was partly under water, very bad wifi that often lay out for hours. It is a beautiful house, in a quiet area. You do need a car for the ski lifts and for the supermarket. There are a few points of attention in the house such as the functioning of the dishwasher, the WiFi and the number of kitchen towels (1 for a whole week). There are also no bath mats. Beds are good!

Our stay in the holiday home in Bruck was good overall, but the house could have been cleaner overall. The corner bench at the dining table was also no longer in order, it could use a new cover. There was a broken table on the terrace and a broken bike behind the house. All in all, the stay was okay, as the facilities were very good overall. The decor was attractive.

Beautiful accommodation. Practical environment. Accommodation is quietly located in a small residential area. Nobody present at the reception, but no problem for me. Accomodation is for 12 people. But then the living room is very on the small side. We were 6 people, so no problem.

We arrived at the house and we waited if someone came there was only the neighbor who was very nice. I called the janitor and said at the front door is a numbers code to enter. So we came to the house greeting there was no. The house is very nicely decorated but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The environment is great for families.

Good area, quiet, playground nearby. All hiking trails easily accessible in a few minutes. Nice neighbors.

Very nice house in a quiet location.

The house is modern and well furnished. Our stay with six adults and three children was optimal for the house size. Each family had their own large bathroom. The sauna is suitable for max. 2 persons. The garden is about 20m2 large and not suitable for playful activities. The rooms all have their own TV, the kitchen has a wonderfully large dining table and on the terrace you can spend great evenings. The location is in the middle of a local residential settlement with nice neighbors. The house is definitely a holiday destination.

Nice house and in very good condition. Plenty of room for 2 families. Only minus is that the yard is quite small but nice big table on the patio.
