Description

This modern, detached and luxurious premium chalet for a maximum of 20 people is located in Bruck an der Großglocknerstrasse in Salzburgerland, near the well-known towns of Zell am See and Kaprun.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a modern open kitchen and a dining area for all guests as well as a cozy lounge area. The chalet offers a total of 7 bedrooms (2 with an extra single room and 2 with an extra stackable bed) and 7 bathrooms, spread over 3 floors. Three bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite. After a day of hiking, cycling or skiing, you can also relax on the terrace or in the Finnish sauna. The chalet also has a storage room for skis. You can park directly at the chalet.

Three different ski areas, two beautiful ski resorts and a picturesque lake - this is what the Zell am See - Kaprun ski region offers at the foot of the famous Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The runs on the Schmittenhöhe, the Maiskogel family ski area and the snow-sure ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn offer a total of 150 kilometers of slopes full of variety. The Zell am See - Kaprun region is also ideal for winter hikers, cross-country skiing fans and freestylers. Numerous mountain huts and a lively apres-ski scene round off the complete offering. In winter, the free ski bus stops near the chalet.

The large and famous lake of Zell am See and the two 18-hole golf courses are only 4 km away. Thanks to its central location in Salzburgerland, you are close to most sights at any time of the year and of course close to Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner.

In summer you will find lots of swimming fun in the natural swimming lake Niedernsill - Piesendorf or in the natural swimming lake in Maishofen. Directly in town you will find plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
