About Belvilla and the accommodation: never again Belvilla. Contact options are almost non-existent. We had booked the holiday home for 2 weeks. Even before the start of the trip, you received various reminders, although the payment date had not yet been reached. When we were on vacation, we realized that we had paid far too much visitor's tax. Since only the number of people has to be specified when booking with Belvilla and no distinction is made here between adults and children, we paid far too much visitor's tax to Belvilla. Children are often free, as in our case. However, the local community received the right amount there. We are now trying to get the overpaid amount back. We don't know whether Belvilla keeps the money or the landlady. Unfortunately, we do not receive the contact details of the landlady. Belvilla does not respond to the transmitted messages and photos. Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned before arrival. Cobwebs everywhere, dirty floors, dust on the shelves and window sills, an ants' nest under the bed, silverfish in the apartment and various other defects were given up. There are no answers to that either. We will now have to regulate the process via legal protection. Too bad.

Nice house with large living room, suitable for non-skiers, in our case the Achterblijvers.Grote ski cellar that ensures that the things are dried quickly. Fairly close to supermarkets and ski areas. More than enough kitchen utensils. So you don't have to use the dishwasher every time. Washing machine does not work properly and toaster makes the plugs pop ..... Some decay here and there, such as curtains that are loose, lamps that do not work, hanging from the ceiling or have a different color than others. Not super clean, but adequate. The couch can be cleaned well.

We had a wonderful holiday, beautiful and large apartment on the ground floor with private garden, shared a swimming pool. Beautiful area for walking and cycling, lots to do. Within walking distance a very good restaurant, friendly service, where the food is very good and affordable. Many sights viewed by the tip of the friendly homeowner. We will definitely come back here.

The space and location of the apartment was good, but in our opinion it was not thoroughly cleaned. In all rooms there were cobwebs, hairs in the shower drain, dirty coffee filter in the appliance, dirty cutlery in the kitchen .... In the evening there was no more hot water. We have already reported this to the contact person on site. After years of being a Belvilla customer, this was a disappointment.

It is a beautiful and very spacious apartment with a terrace. The ski usyisr nearby and you are quickly in Zell or Kaprun. The apartment is very well equipped and lovingly furnished. We had a great ski vacation !!!! Tip: book restaurants early rather a few days beforehand

Arrival was fine. We had accidentally received the wrong key code, but that was immediately arranged with one call to the contact person. Accommodation is excellent. Swimming pool is almost on the doorstep.
