Chalet in Neukirchen am Grossvenediger with pool

This luxurious chalet for a maximum of 8 people with its own pool is located in the well-known town of Neukirchen am Großvenediger, directly on the slopes to the Wildkogel-Arena ski area and offers a fantastic view of the Großvenediger.
The chalet offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with adjoining dining room and direct access to the outside terrace and garden as well as 3 bedrooms (2 with an extra single bed) with bathroom en-suite. The chalet also has a ski storage room, a washing machine and an outdoor swimming pool (operating from June-September). You can park directly under the carport.
The central location of the chalet gives you the choice between three ski areas: The Wildkogel Arena directly in Neukirchen with 75 kilometers of slopes, the Zillertal Arena (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten) and the Kitzski - Hollersbach ski area with 188 kilometers of slopes. With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you can ski endlessly in the three ski areas with a total of almost 400 kilometers of slopes with one ski pass. In winter you can use the free ski bus, which will quickly take you to the ski lift in the Wildkogel-Arena ski area. On your skis you take the descent to just outside the front door.
In summer, Neukirchen is an ideal starting point for an active holiday. The chalet is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park with many hiking and cycling paths as well as bicycle and mountain bike routes. And of course a visit to the Krimml Waterfalls should not be missed. The natural swimming lake in the middle of the town or the outdoor pools in Königsleiten and Krimml provide lots of swimming fun.
Directly in Neukirchen there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

The house is equipped with all technical finesse. The furnishings are also exclusive. The double bed is a bit narrow, but the fantastic view makes up for it. The road can be heard outside.
The house is very nice, and the hosts are very nice and friendly. Kitchen very large and luxuriously furnished. Nice view from the kitchen of Großvenediger. We found everything very nice and wonderful except for the beds are very compact.

Very pleasant and friendly reception, even though we speak little German and the hostess only basic English. The area is quiet and the view is impressive.
Very nice house, super modern kitchen, very large and spacious with a wonderful view of the Großvenediger. The only negative was that the landlord lives almost directly at the house and can see the pool through a pane of glass from the garden. Doesn't go like this from the description and cannot be seen in the old pictures. Therefore 8.5 out of 10 stars
A beautiful beautiful house, with a very modern interior. The kitchen was very modern, supersize. Every morning in the garden with delicious coffee and beautiful mountain views. The beds, on the other hand, should have been of a better quality compared to the rest of the ultramodern house.
Super ski area. Super vacation rental. Super nice hosts. All around great vacation.
The property is spacious and equipped with all conveniences. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately we were hit during this holiday, the owner helped us with the completion of the claim form, very friendly!

beautiful new house with all the amenities you could wish for, nice spacious bedrooms 3 with private bathrooms. swimming pool is completely different for older children walking and ski areas are within a short distance of the house easily accessible by car ski bus is 300 meters
