Chalet Neva Saalbach

The house was/is in great condition and is ideally located. Billa is right next door and the landlord is very nice too.

Even after the 8th stay (winter holidays) in this chalet, we are still very satisfied! Location,_equipment all great! Ideal for several families or travel groups. Many greetings also to the nice landlady. Family S. from A. near B.! 😉

Handover of the house went smoothly ... Since we already lived the 8x in this chalet, we knew about the circumstances and were very satisfied this time too!

Regarding the arrival. We were a little early, 2 p.m.: the cleaning lady was shocked. Could not come earlier than half past four. Too bad there is in the travel documents from 3 p.m. Accommodation was fine, although it was not really clean. Environment to criticize, fantastic!

We spent 14 days (7 adults and 7 children aged 5-13) in Chalet Neva at the beginning of June. We were able to remove the key from the key safe at the house after consultation with the contact person. As a surprise we had a bag with attentions and a personal message from the homeowner in the dining room expected (thank you!) The house is very modern and tastefully decorated. There is a generous entrance area with cloakroom where there is enough space for the residents' jackets and shoes. The kitchen is also large and offers enough space to cook with several people at the 2 existing Cerankochfeldern. The cooking utensils are aligned for large groups, i. large pots and pans, etc. .Geschirr and glasses are available in sufficient quantities. Some things, however, have already been consumed a bit and in the years and should be replaced. Positive to mention is also the large fridge and the freezer. Some of us were, that it would be a bit crowded with a full occupancy of 22 people in the dining and living room. The rooms were also very nicely decorated. Overall, the house was in a very neat / clean condition. Positive to mention is also the complication-free contact with the contact person / caretaker. Less optimal, if you live with smaller children, the location is right on the main road. The property is open to the street and you can not leave the children unattended to play around the house. The location of the house itself is great. A few meters from the house there is a small supermarket with a bakery. Opposite the house (behind the Saale) is a motor park with 24 stations, great for the kids. The cable cars are within walking distance. For us it was great days and we can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Renters receive a welcome package upon arrival. Nicely furnished and renovated house, beautiful environment. Supermarket very close and skidal station at 600 m., Close to the center of Saalbach.

The cleaning team was just finishing up at 3 pm and it was therefore not difficult to get in. We found all the explanation in a folder in the living room. The chalet itself is very complete and comfortable. Everything is available. More than enough bathrooms and showers to wake everyone up quietly in the morning. Good beds and clean linen. Kitchen fully equipped and possibility to cook for a large group. TV with many channels, including BVN. The location is perfect ski bus stops nearby, but if you want to walk to the center or lift, you can be there within 10 to 15 minutes. The supermarket at 50m, the doctor's office as well (we still needed it a few times, unfortunately). if you immediately know where you can go. Skikelder with free washing machine and dryer (in many places you have to pay extra for this). Sauna is present and works perfectly. Extra shower and sink at sauna! Saalbach is cozy, good restaurants nearby, nice and large ski area.What we especially appreciated is the very good communication with the owner, who remotely asked if everything was satisfactory and we had tips for improvement. He then passes it on to his caretaker. immediately to everything to solve if necessary. On arrival the owner had provided a bag with all kinds of goodies and practically for us. Thank you for that! This chalet is an absolute must, don't hesitate. You can't get better for this price.

Perfect location: close to lifts / slopes, shops, beginners' slope nearby, car does not have to be used ...

An overall wonderful holiday experience! We were a group of 16 and it was really difficult to find a place to stay in that suited all demands. I was so lucky to have foudn this place. Its close to literally EVERYTHING from the shops to the slopes, but not right in the center so you have NO noise or any disturbing sounds during the night. It has a large kitchen with two stoves, and a large dining area so that everyone can enjoy meals together. SAUNA, which is an amazing feature and we enjoyed very much (ie the skinny-dipping in the 1.5 meter high snow). Roomes are good and have everything they need, two baby beds were provided. Beds are okay too, all in all quite cozy! The place is fake, but it actually turned out to be a bad idea, since we had a little kids traveling with us (danger!). This is the second time we have stayed here. This year there were 20 of us ranging from 14yrs -53yrs old. Perfect base for a great skiing holiday. Plenty of room and various areas for people to relax but at the same time great dining area for everyone to eat and socials together. One very good benefit is the super market next door but one. So a daily trip was taken to buy food for the day. Also within easy access to all the slopes.

On arrival there was uncertainty about the key. Because of this, it took a long time before we had access to the chalet. The accommodation itself was top-notch! Nothing to complain about. Beautiful environment.

Everything was fine. Very comfortable chalet close to the ski area.

We had a very nice time at Chalet Neva again. A very nice house with good facilities. The kitchen is very well equipped for 20 people. We will gladly come again.

Beautiful, modern and very functional for large group

Very nice and spacious house. Zell am See and Kaprun are not too far away. In the place it was very quiet, which was probably at the travel time (end of May).

Net and big house with lots of amenities (good parking, ski cellar, stable WiFi, large sauna, ample bathrooms) within walking distance (+/- 15 minutes) from the center and ski lifts. Ski bus stops at the door and the supermarket is 50 meters away, perfect. There are actually think of any negatives !!

Arrival and transfer the cottage without any problems. as departure - simply eliminate their hut and left keys in the key safe.

Ideal for groups and families! Great location! Kitchen sufficient room slightly too tight a complete occupation! ... We have already booked for "s next year!

We have once again felt very comfortable in the beautiful renovated house.

Very nicely decorated house, well equipped, fantastic beds. Position on the road, unfortunately, very noisy, this one has the bus stop and the supermarket almost directly in front of Tür.Der ski cellar and sauna area are in need of renovation, especially the sauna has its best times behind itself. The concierge service was easily accessible and has, if necessary, immediately geholfen.Die waste disposal is not ideal to bring a few rubbish bins and glass and paper itself for disposal operation is something much to ask.

The house has been renovated very nicely. Supermarket very close. Many sanitation. Good beds. Recommended!

The accommodation was top! We were 10 people and had more than enough space. The many sanitation liked very well. The distance to the village and the lifts is fine to walk

We were a group of young people for a group holiday. Young people (and staff) really enjoyed. The place was neat, tidy and clean. It is however on a busy road, not for bad sleepers plus. Rooms have soundproof ideal for late risers -) Sanitary perfect, bedrooms + good beds. Kitchen adequate but not equipped to cook for large groups. Too small plates, but two pots could be used simultaneously. Furthermore sufficiently available. Living long and narrow, not practical, the group can not sit in circle. Dining room tight, but manageable. The photo gave an ideal image, but, in practice, this was disappointing. Outside behind short grass, we could just sit in circle. A lawn or piece of flat sand had been ideal. Opposite house or to organize an activity course, very nice to play activities.

There were 12 adults and 10 children in the house. The house had everything to offer to supply the group and to entertain.

Suprise 30th for my wife with 20 of our friends.

It did not überzeugt1 accommodation for the following reasons. Location right on the main road means a lot of noise and for children no safe place to play 2. windows do not darken. There are only white curtains 3. In the kitchen lacks many basics casseroles, baking trays, glasses for children, sharp knives, cutting boards. 4. Towel rails are broken and taped. Window hinges are broken, so that they do not lassen.5 open. Wireless Internet is totally slow. Retrieving few mails takes Minuten.6. Christmas decoration was early March still everywhere and blocked major shelves. After removing it was including totally schmutzig.7. Stairs to the house and the basement and the floor mats were not cleaned at all. to house not to totally mess up, we had at the beginning of stay once fegen.8. Many light switch (eg the mirror cabinet in room 1) as well as light bulbs were in all, a house that is not met by the images aroused the Internet is expected of you without function or defekt.Alles. Had luck with the weather in March was still enough snow. The sauna in the house was after the action in the snow a welcome wellness Oase.Lediglich the ski gave us a little annoyed, because he was still running on schedule neither regularly.

The house is very well equipped and is beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the weather was not great but the house we spent a nice time. There is enough space for a larger group. The only drawback is the room doors are very loud to go if you are not careful. We can only recommend the cottage and will definitely go back.

Been here during the 2014 Crocus with 12 adults and 13 children. The accommodation was superb and within walking distance of the slopes of Saalbach / Hinterglemm. The kitchen and living room and the rooms were fine. Recommended

Perfect villa for a wonderful ski holiday !!

We have a great week in the second week of January 2015 in Chalet Neva. The house is spacious and clean. The facilities (such as Kitchen, Sauna and Ski-loft) are spacious. The house was clean on arrival. Although there after the renovation were some teething problems (not all drains were equally well), we have generally had a wonderful week in this house. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are of excellent quality. The house is very quiet, with some as "one big group is very pleasant. Overall highly recommended !!
