Just a snowball's throw from the first-class ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun, you will find this chalet with its own wellness. Authentic Austrian character blends harmoniously with contemporary luxuries and facilities that make life easier, such as a shared ski storage room with ski boot dryer and laundry room. From the heated south-facing balcony, you look out over the imposing mountains of the Hohe Tauern and the Salzach valley. Can you already see yourself sitting down with a Schnaps?
The residence is located on the outskirts of cosy Piesendorf; an authentic village in Pinzgau. You walk straight to the bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the centre (about 500 m). Or you can have the local baker deliver fresh rolls to your door in the morning.
By car or ski bus (stop at 400 m) you can reach the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time. Kaprun is located near a glacier and, with a peak of 3029 metres, is pretty snow-sure. You can often ski there from November to May. The Zell am See ski resort is very extensive and fun for both beginners and advanced skiers. From the slopes you have a beautiful view of the lake. In total, the Kaprun-Zell am See area has no less than 135 km of slopes. And with the ZellamseeXpress, a trip to the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach/Hinterglemm is also a possibility, which extends the total slopes to 408 km. Guests of this residence also benefit from a 10% discount on ski equipment rental at the local Skischule Entleitner.
In summer, Piesendorf is well known as a certified hiking destination with 44 beautifully marked routes. It is possible to book a tour with a nature ranger, who will tell you all about the beautiful nature there. Moreover, the region offers plenty of opportunities for mountain biking, paragliding, rafting and rock climbing. Golfers can have a blast in Zell am See and the Tauern Radweg, a recreational cycle route winding through the wide valley of the Salzach, is ideal for cycling enthusiasts

It was a super house. Everything was top.
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub im Bergbiberhaus B. Das Obergeschoss ist geräumig genug für 2 Personen und komfortabel. Die Hütte war sauber und fühlte sich luxuriös. Die Möglichkeit zum Waschen und Trocknen war auch sehr schön. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Nice flat which is well contained in its stuff. Unfortunately, it was only not properly cleaned when we arrived. So that was the only downside. Otherwise wen top house with nice views in a good location of the pool and the centre of Piesendorf. Highly recommended!
Beautiful and modern flat for families.
Lovely accommodation and centrally located as a base for activities in both summer and winter. Supermarket within walking distance. Pleasant and smooth contact with landlord. Highly recommended!
Good location of the holiday home, with train and bus stop nearby. Great view over the valley. The communal facilities (sauna, washing machine, dryer and ski room) are very good, but unfortunately for the first floor flat only accessible via the outside staircase. The living room/kitchen is small compared to the number of sleeping possibilities. Unfortunately, there are no charging stations in the immediate vicinity (as of 10/22). In the east of the village there is an AC pillar, about 15 minutes on foot. 150 DC chargers are available in Kaprun, Schüttdorf and Fusch.
Good location of the house, near the open air swimming pool with nice slide (free with the guestcard) and the train stop (free to Zell am See on Friday). Nice view from the terrace (with heat lamp) over the valley. There is also a very nice Italian restaurant in the village and a bakery just 5 minutes walk away. The shared sauna in the basement is excellent and very pleasant. However, you have to use the outside stairs from the first floor flat to the basement. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the basement, which is very convenient. Small kitchenette, but all necessary crockery, pots and pans are present.
Beautiful, spacious and new flat. Fully equipped. Hand soap is even standard. Perfect location for nice trips and the swimming pool is within walking distance.
The house was in top condition and beautifully situated.
