Very practical villa, in a quiet and beautiful setting. everything is there, and there werf very clear communication with villa for you and the lady on site. Very good base for Bramberg and kitzbugel The children and ourselves enjoyed it

Very nice house in a great location, Panoramabahn is easily accessible even on foot while the other slopes can be accessed by car or bus. The fire place in the house is also a great feature. Parking is limited but our guests were great in guiding us for more parking spaces. Great home for families.

Very nice house; extremely welcoming and friendly host! The surrounding is nice, many beautiful places to visit. The house is nicely equipped (has a lot of utensils, pots, etc. in the kitchen). The sauna is very good, too.

Very well maintained house. More than enough cooking utensils available for 13 people. Washer and dryer available to wash towels. Close to 2 major ski resorts. We will definitely come back.

Great equipped for 10 p plus children. Enough bathrooms/toilets and the kitchen has everything you need! Of course not the most modern house but everything clean and functional. Therefore also a good price-performance ratio.

A great, fully equipped holiday home - no wish is left unfulfilled. We enjoyed the bread service, were warmly welcomed and supported at all times with help and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house was fine except for the kitchen. I spent 3 hours in the kitchen washing up and cleaning. The cutlery, plates and pots still had leftovers from the meal on them. Glasses didn't look so great either. Furthermore, I had to clean the oven, the tray and the grill from incrustations. The worst thing was the coffee pot of the coffee machine, which was black inside and I didn't want any coffee from it, so I cleaned it several times until it reflected silver inside, as you would expect. You could be more behind there. This is not how I imagine a holiday start.

Luxurious, centrally located house with all modern conveniences. As a group of friends, we really enjoyed our time here.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation - clean - spacious - very good mattresses - nicely furnished - we felt very comfortable there with 10 people.
