Country house with garden near ski lift

In a peaceful location surrounded by the distinctive Austrian mountain landscape, you will find this beautiful country house with balcony and ski storage. This accommodation covers the entire first and second floors and also offers access to the furnished garden with play equipment, a barbecue and a private pool (open from May to September). Paradise on earth!
In winter, you have the cross-country trail right outside the door, and with its proximity to Wildkogel ski area (3 km), the location is also ideal for alpine skiers. The world-famous Zillertal Arena is 13 km from the country house and the region is home to challenging mountain bike trails, luxury wellness resorts and not to be missed, the magical Krimmlr waterfalls. The bus stop is easily accessible from the country house

Well-equipped flat and lovely hosts.
Location is perfect, house is clean and everything is there.
We were more than satisfied with the house and with the very nice Mrs Hotter. The country house is well-kept and clean. The rooms are spacious and some are equipped with a shower, WC or just a washbasin. On the first floor there are 2 bathrooms with shower and WC and a separate WC. These can therefore be used by people who do not have the luxury of a double room with shower and WC. The kitchen was well equipped and there is plenty of seating in the lounge.

We liked it very much, we felt comfortable. The beds are good, as is the equipment with crockery and pots. Only with glasses is it a little scarce with full occupancy. The owner is very helpful and is on hand with help and advice when something is needed. If you wish, you can get fresh milk and eggs from the farm. Mrs Hotter baked us a spice cake as a welcome gift. Many thanks for that! The location of the house is only a few km from the Krimml Waterfalls and the Wildkogel Arena. Absolute recommendation! We will definitely be back!

Spacious house with good facilities and excellent hostess. Many rooms with toilet and shower and beautiful surroundings with ski and hiking facilities a short distance away. Fresh bread is delivered to order in the morning.
Spacious house, comfortable beds and quiet sleeping, good driving distance to ski centres. The owner is very nice, the welcome bun was great.

Everything was very clean, the kitchen very well equipped. It was an all-round successful stay, we plan to come back next year. This accommodation can be recommended without reservation. The landlady is very nice and helpful. The bread service makes the accommodation perfect for a relaxed stay, especially with small children!
