This comfortable holiday flat is located just 2 km from the centre of Grossarl in the picturesque Grossarl Valley in Salzburger Land. The flat, located on the 2nd floor, offers an ideal base for unforgettable holidays in both summer and winter. The inviting eat-in kitchen invites you to linger and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cater for yourself as you wish. The spacious bedrooms create a relaxed atmosphere for restful nights.
A special highlight of our offer is the exclusive wellness area, which is available to our guests. There you will find a relaxation room as well as two saunas and a whirlpool, where you can unwind after an active day. For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski cellar with ski boot heating is available to store your equipment in the best possible way. Here you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing or simply enjoy a marvellous winter hike.
In summer, you can enjoy the marvellous surroundings with numerous hiking trails, ideal for mountain biking and hiking. The surrounding area also offers exciting excursion options, including the salt mine in Berchtesgaden, the city of Salzburg, the Haus der Natur, the Liechtensteinklamm and the impressive ice grotto.

Superb apartment, fully equipped. Clean, nice beds. Shower cubicle could have been a little bigger. Village about 25 minutes walk, where you can also go into the mountains. Is very nice and quiet. Small playground for the kids in the garden! Enjoyed!
The apartment is really great, everything is very nicely done and nothing is missing here. The surroundings here are also beautiful and suitable for holidays with children or just for two. There is a lot to experience here.

Friendly welcome The accommodation had 2 balconies, both shade and sun. No nuisance from neighbors and or environment noise. The view and surroundings were very nice.

It is a nice clean and large apartment with two balconies. Brigitte owner is very friendly and helpful. Although we had compared to other years in Austria, we have still made almost every day mountain hikes. Less nice weather this year It is a beautiful area for walking with many nice cabins.
