This modern and luxurious apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment house in Sankt Georgen near Salzburg in Salzburgerland, near Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment house consists of a total of 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or together.
This apartment has a spacious living/bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person (separated by a sliding door), a modern open kitchen equipped with modern appliances, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person and a spacious bathroom. Due to the high roof construction, a beautiful gallery was created where a maximum of 2 additional people can sleep on a high-quality sofa bed. The apartment also has a balcony and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (for a fee) and bicycles (for a fee). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.
The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.
In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Friendly owner, we were a few hours early, no problem. House is neat and tidy. Living room a bit too small for 6 people. The bed adjacent to the living room is very hard, hardly slept. The rest of the beds were good. Ski room well heated, only the tubes where our ski boots hung were not so that our shoes could not dry properly. Furthermore, nice house, good location for all three ski areas. Kaprun, Zell am See, Saalbach
Beautiful and modern apartments with many amenities. Products such as soap, dishwasher detergent and kitchen roll are available which is very nice. Also a great location with lots to do nearby. Unfortunately, there are a few downsides, so you have to log in to the WiFi every hour (very annoying). And you get one small and one large towel per person for the whole stay. For the other towels you have to pay 3.50 per person per day while the description states that the towels are included (this feels like scam). Moreover, we did not have a sofa, although you can see it in the photos. Sitting on the dining room chairs all day was no fun.
New, clean, well equipped apartments. Good (if you have a car) location. Perfect hosts. Definitely recommended.
We were with 8 people and 2 dogs here. The apartment is modern and sufficient. The property manager is ready to help if you have any problems or questions. And can also solve all problems. The area is very beautiful with dogs. You can go for long walks. There is also plenty of fun. The toboggan run is mega. We would love to come back 😀Family Rößing

Very nice apartment. Wonderfully quiet village with a view of the mountains. Friendly owner. Everything within driving distance. Salzburg is also worth a visit. In the village itself, Gasthof Kirchenwirt is an absolute must.
