This modern and luxurious apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment house in St. Georgen near Salzburg in Salzburgerland, near the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment house consists of a total of 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or together.
This apartment offers a spacious living room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for 1 person, an open modern fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for 1 person and a spacious bathroom. The double bed in the bedroom can also be converted into 2 single beds. There is also a beautiful gallery with a high-quality sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people. The apartment also has a balcony and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (for a fee) and bicycles (for a fee). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.
The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.
In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Beautiful apartment. But 1 very big and expensive disadvantage. You will not get a summer pass outside Zell am See. Re6n summer pass gives free access to all lifts and also free or discounted access to many other activities in the area. And a lift ticket is extremely expensive.
Super arranged. We were a little later due to traffic jams and could just check in later. Accommodation is really beautiful, very neat and clean also on arrival. Environment is also fantastic, with less than 5 minutes you are in the center of Zell am See.
The apartment was very nice exactly as described. Everything was very, very clean and well maintained. The hosts are super friendly and give great tips on the area and there is even the possibility to rent e-bikes. Nothing was missing in the apartment, even our dog was greeted with its own pillow and bowls. We felt wonderfully comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The house has everything you need, but in good weather you miss a garden or larger balcony to eat. Environment is great, many activities are nearby.
We have been a week with our family (two young children) in this apartment for winter sports. It is a beautiful area and the house is +/- 10 minutes away (by car) from the Areitbahn (Zell am See). Very nice apartment with very good reception and care by the manager / owner. Definitely an option to go again.
Fantastic experience! Absolutely great value for the money. Accommodation is brand new, nicely done comfortable. We’ve found everything we needed even including dishwasher tablets and trash bags. It will take around 20 min to get to the slopes, having your own car absolutely won’t be a problem. There is a nice local restaurant 5 min walk in the area. Enjoyed totally our stay, definitely recommend this place and are thinking of coming back next year!
