This modern, detached holiday home for a maximum of 10 people is located in Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse, an idyllic holiday resort in Pinzgau in Salzburgerland, near the well-known towns of Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm with the ski areas of Schmittenhöhe, Kitzsteinhorn and Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm as well as the Therme Tauern Spa in Kaprun.
The holiday home offers a spacious living/dining room, a large modern fully equipped kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a common room with TV and a balcony on the first floor. There is a garden around the house that you are welcome to use. You can store your skis or mountain bikes in the separate ski cellar. There are parking spaces directly at the house.
In just a few minutes you can reach the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See with 77 kilometers of slopes and 28 facilities and lifts, the glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun / Zell am See with over 60 kilometers of slopes and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern cable cars and lifts. With the Ski ALPIN CARD you can enjoy all 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes!
The Bruck an der Großglocknerstrasse holiday region is located in the middle of the region of the multi-faceted Hohe Tauern National Park. Nestled in the beautiful Pinzgau Grasberge and Zell am See, Bruck in Salzburger Land is the gateway to the Großglockner High Alpine Road and offers numerous attractions, sporting activities and excursion destinations.

We had a very nice holiday, house very suitable for a large family. House was well cared for and clean, great location and all amenities close by. The house owner was very helpful.
Large house with 5 full bedrooms. 1 bathroom with shower and 1 with bath, bathrooms outdated but functional. Showering in the bath a little less pleasant, but plenty of hot water and a good jet. Kitchen in good condition with very spacious equipment. Good distance to get to the ski slopes quickly by car. Cleaning could be better, also a lot of cloth in the bedrooms, which makes it dusty. There are also a few things that appear to have never been polished. There was an additional room in 1 bedroom, which was furnished with items from the past. We used it to hang the laundry. But could get a much better function by refurbishing. If you can deal with this, you have a great holiday home for 10 people.

Very nice, caring home, the homeowner was very attentive and occasionally came along with some goodies. Wonderful beds and everything very clean. Slopes were close by and were easily accessible. Recommended !!
This house was absolutely perfect for my family during the summer holidays of 2019. It was all clean and tidy with more than enough room for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). It was a great luxury to have access to the extra bedrooms for playing.The environment is gorgeous with enough things for adults and children. We "visited Schmittenhohe, the Schlossbad and the Wildpark Ferleiten. Apart from the very obvious Hochalpenstrasse, these were the highlights of our holiday. The owner lives nextdoors and is very friendly and helpful. Some problems we solved quickly. We also got some fruit from the trees growing in his garden which was great and delicious!
Everything went smoothly. The house is well equipped, the landlord is very nice, helpful and tolerant. The landscape around it is beautiful and offers many possibilities.
