Very good location, clean, 4 real bedrooms, 3 showers, friendly and helpful landlord, everything great!

Apartment is fine. Clean and tidy and spacious. The landlady is very friendly and personable. Always asks if it is to our liking. And those heidelbeerekuchen were also very tasty as naspeis :). Downside is really the road noise. You can't talk much on the balcony because of noise. And this also goes on at night. Tip: bring earplugs. That gives more peace of mind. Doesn't take away that the apartment is really very fine!

We were received very kindly by the homeowners. The accommodation looked clean and fresh. Every few days we got clean bath well. Almost every day we had a short chat with the home owners. They were interested in us. We have found this very pleasant. Madam brought a delicious home baked treat on Sundays. The surroundings are really very beautiful. The house is very central, you are within an hour at the Krimml, Zell am See and the Gossglockner for example. Too bad there is a busy provincial road past the house.

Initially, the booking did not go smoothly, I had asked a question and would be called back or received an e-mail, Unfortunately this did not happen, When I called for the 2nd time I did receive an immediate answer to my question ,

Our accommodation was exactly as described. 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with their own shower and hand basin. The shared kitchen was okay (a bit old), but functional. There was 6 of us on site - with 8 people it could be quite tight. Basically everything is clean and functional. Very nice and committed landlords, who are always open and happy to have a small talk with their guests.

Nice apartment. Good location, walking distance to ski lift. Very clean. Unfortunately no sitting room available, only kitchen diner.

Excellent reception, warm owner, does everything to make our stay as good as possible. Was a very clean and for us spacious (5 people) house. Just a pity that the balcony is so narrow and there is a lot of noise from the busy road in front of the house. The environment is beautiful! You walk up the mountain from the house, fantastic!

Nice house, very clean, beds neatly covered, hand towels changed mid-week, nice practical ski storage, nice hostess. The house information states that the ski lift is 200 meters away. This is actually 440 meters. It also says that the track is 200 meters away. It is not there. It is a pity that the house only has a toilet and is located on a fairly busy road.

Beautifully located house close to the ski lift! We were there with the max number of people of this house which caused some awkward moments since there is only one toilet in the house! Well Spacious bedrooms! Parking place covered! However, on a busy road, which continues quite late until late and starts again! By car in a village for groceries or a bite to eat! For the toboggan fans in the nearby village of Bramberg .... be on time before 1800 upwards otherwise you are too late!

Fine surroundings. A lot of noise fra cars all Day long. It was NOT possible to contact the owner by e-mail before arrival.

Nice house. Within walking distance of the gondola. We have access to the gondola hired a safe because we just walk thought far in ski boots with skis' s on the shoulder. It was perfect and not so expensive. Owner is very nice and helpful. The coffee machine was broken and we got immediately another . only downside is the lack of a living room. with four adults and one child you could still fine feet in the kitchen, but with six or eight adults it is very tight.

On one of the three showers we had no hot water. Surroundings (winter) quiet and spacious slopes.

The apartment is ideal for sports lovers, because you can walk in 5 minutes to the gondola. Here but you also crosses under the highway, which has a lot of traffic, also nachts.Es is no real living room, but only one kitchen with TV.

Very cozy week with my adult children with partner had in Hollerbach. House with plenty of privacy for everyone. Great location to the ski lift. Vast ski area with daily opportunity to make another trip.

Had fun holiday, 250 meters from the ski lift, could walk well, two negatives close to the freeway constant traffic in the house was only one toilet for 8 people. for the rest the house was fine.

With four adults and three children had a great holiday in this apartment. Beautiful surroundings. Close to the panorama job, so if you sit on the mountain. Just a pity the busy road along the apartment.

Have experienced relaxing days in this holiday home. Negative was that for 8 persons, the hot water was used up very quickly. Recommended would be more recent coffee, as this was clearly too small and too slow for the full occupancy. Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was all OK The very nearby road was very used to, as the window insulation in terms of loudness was zero. So, if this is used to at home, so has no problem.

The location had to search (for navigation Zdar nad Zasavou persist, then drive towards Karlov, on the left side is the lake Velke Darko), but it was worth a nice house in the Czech style, with a beautiful garden there. The landlady speaks basic English, but is volenthousiast and willing to do anything. An exceptional week in nice weather gehad.Tip check in advance what the neighbor is doing on the Internet, because all information (even at the tourist office) is in czech!

We arrived well before check-in time, but this was no problem. We were immediately well received and all the rooms were clean and fresh. Very nice people!

We had a wonderful holiday in Steger & quothaus ". The Steger family is very friendly and helpful. The elevator, Panorama Bahn, is approx 250m walking distance.

We spent a week here with 7 people, including 5 adults and 2 children. Inside the house everything was neat, but service was barely adequate. 3 bedrooms have their own shower, but it takes a long time before you have hot water. There is only one toilet. The house is on the Gerlosstrasse and hear you clearly when you are in the house. That will eventually annoying. Furthermore, you can go either way. We have also done. Near the house there is a small lake where you can swim. There is a football pitch, volleyball and tennis court nearby. Opposite the house is the cable car to the top of the mountain. A day Lienz was doing well. Well We have gone through the Felbertauern tunnel back and through the Grossclocknerstrasse back. Wonderful get in the snow, if it's below 30 degrees. Zell am See and Kaprun is also fun to do. Have been in Kaprun with a toboggan run. Kitzbuhl is also a nice town and the Crimea Stroller wasserfall is almost around the corner. In short, many mogelikheden nearby.

Although the house is close to the ski lift, but also on a busy main road, and offers enough living space for 8 personen.Er is just a small kitchen with a dining table, sofa or seating missing helaas.Wel a nice ski resort.

We have a good holiday with 4 adults and 3 children aged 5 to 10 years. Friendly house owner with respect for privacy. It is a nice and quiet slopes, even in high season. The lift to the ski area is very close but no apres-ski, that we have missed a bit. The kids were in and around the house playing well.

good fun holiday experience for the first time in a cottage
