The chalet is located at 845 metres and right at the foot of the ski slopes and the valley station of the Smaragdbahn in Bramberg am Wildkogel. The ski and hiking area Wildkogel Arena is right on your doorstep! This makes this chalet rightfully a ski-in /ski-out accommodation in winter. The gondola, ski rental and ski school, several restaurants where you can enjoy après-ski or dinner, the Spar supermarket and the centre are within walking distance. For delicious fresh rolls, walk to the bakery in just 1 minute.
Winter sports enthusiasts have come to the right place. The ski resort has modern lifts and is snow-assured. Here you can enjoy a winter sports holiday from December to Easter. In addition, ski resorts Kitzbühler Alps and Zillertal Arena are about 3 and 20 minutes' drive from Bramberg, respectively. These areas are also accessible by free ski bus.
In summer, this area mainly attracts hikers and mountain bikers, but also people looking for relaxation. Whether you are into sports or just want to enjoy the beautiful nature, you will be amazed by the unique panoramic views!

Great house right on the piste
A perfect house in a perfect location. Ski in - ski out was possible, walking distance to shops and bakery. A very clean, well furnished house, we lacked nothing. Thank you very much.
Great house! Beautifully large and modern
We were there with 8 adults and 2 children (3 and 4 years) and we liked it very much. However, if you want to cook, you should take your own knives etc. with you, as the utensils there are sometimes very blurred. But everything you need is there. However, you should remember to bring dish towels and dishcloths (only 2 each), dishwasher tabs (only 3 available) and toilet paper (1-2 rolls available per bathroom).
Beautiful ski area, snow guaranteed, good restaurants and location of the house is top. You can ski to the lift.

Very beautiful villa and perfect location. High level of finish and fully equipped. We had a wonderful week.
It is a beautiful, modern and cosy house located at the slopes and near the lift. With a wonderful sauna and heated storage room for skis and shoes. Also the washing machine and dryer very nice to wash the towels etc. daily.
Beautifully located cottage on the slopes. Facilities are great. Luxurious and tastefully decorated. Lovely family home or like us with 2 families enough space and uber cosy dining area 😂
