Was top place again. Very spacious and neat flat. Everything was there. Happy week again.

Top accommodation, nothing was missing. The location right next to the cable car is perfect. We would love to come back.

Spacious and atmospheric penthouse. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings: including Krimmler wasserfall, Gloßglockner, Sell am See (Schmittenhöhe is a must with the ski lift). We also had beautiful weather, in early October in shorts and t-shirt! We will definitely come back.

Very spacious and clean accommodation. Everything is there and beautiful surroundings Due to a breakdown on the road, we were unable to collect the key on time, but a quick call and it was arranged. The key was in a key box and the next day the caretaker came to ask if everything had gone well. Unfortunately, an electric roller blind was broken so we woke up very early in the morning. The caretaker tried to solve this but unfortunately she could not. Had the blind not been broken then Three Berge Top 7 had a big ten

Modern and cosy flat. Spacious and fully equipped. Well located between ski area Saalbach/Hinterglemm and Zell am See/Kaprun. Two lovely large balconies and an enclosed garage for two cars.

Beautiful,tastefully decorated flat. Lovely bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect location. We enjoyed ourselves.

Nice and well/efficiently furnished flat, good location close to ski lift and ski bus. And with excellent service from the ever helpful and friendly caretaker.

Very nice holiday home, the photos looked too good to be true, but when we arrived we realized the photos were indeed accurate. 5/5

The flat is very nice, there were five of us and we had a lot of space. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets make life easier. The small damages that were present should be fixed. The cleanliness could be improved. When all this is fixed, the flat is a dream and can only be recommended!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is modern, well maintained, very well equipped, and in a superb location right in front of the Zel Am See express. The host was really helpful, friendly and prompt in replying to questions.
