Located on a sun-drenched slope near Hinterglemm, this holiday home offers an exclusive second-floor apartment. It includes a spacious living room with typical Austrian dining area, a comfortable sofa bed and direct access to the balcony with breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms are both en suite. One of them also offers access to the balcony. What a picture huh?
A short distance from the slopes (400 metres to be precise), this accommodation invites the experienced skier to ski back almost to the front door, if there is enough snow. Of course, you can also take the car to the lifts of the vast and modern ski area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. But there is more than just skiing! Winter hiking, tobogganing, cross-country skiing or a fairytale sleigh ride - it's all possible in the vicinity.
And let's not forget summer, with the Joker Card included! The breathtaking nature of the Glemmtal offers plenty of opportunities in summer. Explore the mountains on foot or by mountain bike and enjoy the magnificent views and fresh mountain air. Fancy an excursion? Zell am See with its beautiful lake, the Kaprun glacier, or the charming Mozart city (Salzburg), are all within easy reach

We had a great stay in this spacious and largely modern renovated holiday flat on the second floor. The large balcony with a marvellous view of the west summit and the Zwölferkogel was particularly impressive. The location is perfect for mountain bike fans - you can ride directly to the house via the BlueLine and have the Z-Line and the Buchegg Trail within sight. The flat is generously proportioned and also offers enough space for larger families. With three children, we were very grateful for the two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet. Although the kitchen is small, it is very well thought out and has everything you need. One small drawback is the steep access road, which requires you to be travelling by car if you are travelling with children. However, there is always free parking directly in front of the house, which makes it much more convenient. A particular highlight was the warm hospitality of the hosts, who created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. All in all, an accommodation that we are happy to recommend!
The location is very nice and convenient to the piste, the communication with the landlords is nice and helpful, the equipment is functional (better ask in advance), the family lives in the house. We had dogs with us, but they have very few opportunities to run around in the neighbourhood.
Everything was clean.in order.and also spacious.to stay.We liked it very much.
For skiing, a good starting point. Magnificent views of the slopes Quiet location. Spacious bedrooms, cosy living room. Kitchen for 4 people too small, would also like a few small pans. Would also like a few small dishes for in the oven. Hob needs to be renewed.
on arrival, Ms did not have much time - may have been due to the time of day (5pm) Tour was very quick - no tips on the area or anything like that
