A new detached chalet with plenty of space, luxury and privacy. Here you can relax and enjoy nature to the full. There is an atmospheric Alpine character.
When you enter the chalet through the front door, you will find immediately on the left a separate storage room for your winter sports equipment, hiking boots, pram, washing machine and tumble dryer. The hall is separated by a door from the bright spacious open staircase. Under the stairs there is a chill corner for younger guests with its own TV and spacious beanbag. Further on the ground floor is the stylishly furnished living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Throughout the chalet is a good coverage of Wifi, but there are also plenty of games available to have fun offline.
From the seating area you have an unobstructed view of the characteristic valley and the mountain peaks around it. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and a large meadow around the chalet. Here children can move freely and explore. The terrace is equipped with a garden set for 10 persons. A charcoal barbecue is available for a pleasant evening. And there is always a spot in the sun or shade to be found.
To the left of the staircase is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. From this bedroom it is possible to go outside and have breakfast in the morning sun.
Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 spacious bathroom with toilet, modern sink and hand and rain shower. In addition, here is the luxurious Finnish sauna, which is also equipped with a hand-held and rain shower. From the sauna you have a view of the mountains.
There are 2 asphalted parking spaces at your disposal. Additional cars can be parked in the general car park. And in the garden you'll find a separate storage room where you can store bicycles and sledges, for example.
There are 4 public e-chargers in the village.
In winter, a thick layer of snow turns the Donnersbachtal into a real winter fairy tale. There is a choice of two snow-assured ski areas with a total of 50 km of pistes, the Riesneralm and the Planneralm. The Planneralm is the highest ski village in Styria! If you are staying with children, the Riesneralm with its own 'children's ski area' is highly recommended. Something else than skiing? Then pay a visit to the natural toboggan run near Mörsbachalm and in front of the chalet you can go cross-country skiing.
In the summer, there is also plenty of entertainment: a challenging 3D archery range, the E-Enduro Bike Park, fly-fishing and the unique "Gipfel" swimming pool at an altitude of 1900 metres! A heated swimming pool on top of the mountain Riesnerkrispen (1922m) with a 360 degree panoramic view
