Very welcoming, and a very nice house.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful residence. The accommodation is fully equipped and the beds are excellent. Mrs Kröll is a very friendly and helpful. All in all, a big 10.

The flat is very cosily furnished and very clean, so that you immediately feel at home. The large kitchen with the spacious dining area is ideal for large groups and is superbly equipped. The landlady is very welcoming, always available and helpful.

Very nice, warm landlords. We felt welcome and had a wonderful time. The flat is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was very clean. There was really a lot on offer for the children, such as bobby cars, scooters, bikes, trampoline, table tennis etc. We will gladly come again. Thank you very much again.

A great house, we felt very comfortable for the two weeks. Everything you need is there. Silvia and Martin do everything to make you feel at home. We will definitely come back next year.

We were very satisfied with our stay! The lovingly furnished holiday flat is very well maintained and clean, offering more than enough space (there were twelve of us with three children). The hostess Sylvia is very cordial and was happy to help us with all our needs!

It was a really great winter holiday. We felt very comfortable in the excellently equipped chic holiday flat. It is in a great location between Zell am Ziller and Mayrhofen - both with good ski bus connections. The friendly hosts deserve special mention, and we enjoyed a schnapps tasting in their own distillery.

Very nice holiday flat, high-quality and tasteful furnishings, everything you need available. The landlord is very straightforward and helpful, you can use the bikes for free, as well as the table tennis, trampoline and barbecue. 100% recommendation
