This chalet on an active farm offers plenty of privacy and has a quiet location on Gerlos Mountain. You start the day with breakfast in the furnished garden, and the terrace is ideal in summer for a relaxing afternoon with a good book. You can buy bread rolls and fresh farm produce directly from the farm. In winter, after a day in the snow, get cosy in the living room with TV and dining table. End the day in style with a drink on the balcony!

The accommodation is in a sunny location, 3 km above Zell am Ziller. A lovely place to relax and an ideal starting point for beautiful walks. The chalet is in the middle of the Zillertal Arena hiking area. The ski bus stops a short distance from the accommodation, on the main road, and takes you to the ski areas of Gerlos and Krimml or to the ski area of Zeller

The family was super friendly. Good quiet location. Unfortunately there were no fly screens, we constantly had wasps and mosquitoes in the house, especially with a small child this was not so nice.

Clean and beautifully detached chalet

Place is beautiful. Nice big garden. Lots of privacy. Cottage is a bit on the old-fashioned side. Maintenance leaves much to be desired. Bathroom ceiling is full of mould. Curtains let so much light through that we had to cover it with cloths otherwise the children could not sleep. We found the hostess absolutely unfriendly. Arrival all had to be quick. The description states that there is a cot available. Was not present in the cottage. Asked: got an angry response that we should have asked! Now we had to set it up ourselves. However, without mattress. Had little use for it. Made our stay less pleasant.
