Nice house near the village. Zell am Ziller is within walking distance. Well equipped, everything you need is available. Due to the location, directly on the busy Zillertal federal highway, the noise level is very high. This applies to the rooms in the front part of the house, facing the street. Here the windows cannot be opened or tilted to sleep because of the noise.

House top, location on the main road for people in need of rest problematic, uncomplicated landlord ever !!

Zell am Ziller is very beautiful, there is a lot for children here. You can go hiking, swimming and, above all, good food. The people are all very friendly and there are wonderful panoramic views to be seen in the mountains. It is worth a trip in every season.

The journey was unproblematic, the house was ready to move into. Administrator very nice and immediately available for inquiries, even brought our laundry to the washing center and delivered it washed and dried the next day to the house. The accommodation is on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller, so it is an advantage to travel by car. Particularly suitable as a holiday home for guests and groups who want to take many day trips. The apartment and the bedroom apartment are spaciously divided. Something to complain about is that the house borders on a high-speed road and is therefore a noisy place during the day and at night. And unfortunately there is no area outside that cannot be seen by prying eyes.

Everything was clean. We were there with 11 people and by the layout of the rooms and baths fit everything. What might not be bad, would be a more comfortable seating in the lounge. Otherwise everything is there what you need.

The accommodation was a godsend! We were six + 2 dogs. The place was more than adequate (up to 12 people) All modern and very clean! The absolute plus there is from me for the fact that we were allowed to bring 2 dogs. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case, or if you only get shabby houses offered! A very small suggestion for improvement would be dark curtains in the bedrooms ... we Germans like to sleep dark 😁

Located on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller, within walking distance of the supermarket Hofer (delicious fresh bread). Center Zell still a short walk. View of the mountains behind Zell and ski area of Zillertal (Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Konigsleiten) easily accessible. Terrace outside well located on the sun. Due to the noise of the main road, especially at night and in the morning, we will not go back here, despite the fact that the house was very spacious and luxurious. Windows therefore had to remain closed at night, the temperature in the house was too high and not adjustable by us, and shoe heating in the ski room did not work.

We were a group of 12 people and the accommodation was perfect for us. Divided into 2 houses equalized the noise of the many fellow travelers and you sometimes have his rest The house is a new building, super clean, well equipped and located in a prime location. Also the communication in advance and meanwhile was simple and nice. We'll be back)

We arrived 6.15 PM and no body waiting for check in, the surrounding area was fantastic as well as the House.

Beautiful house, too bad that it was next to a busy job

Arrival we arrived a little earlier than planned. Owner could not be reached on the 2 available cell phone numbers. Fortunately, the owner's brother could already let us in. The owner has later come along.Accomodation new modern furnished house. Spacious bedrooms with good mattresses (but bad pillows), neat and spacious bathrooms, kitchen decor, plenty of hot water to let everyone shower. Underfloor heating itself can not be arranged for us it was much too hot inside so we often have the windows opened. We were not aware that these were two separate units, where you could only go through the front door from one to the other. Second unit are only bedrooms and bathrooms. With young children who went to sleep earlier, we did not find this pleasant. South-facing terrace without sun screens in front of the windows, no garden. Biggest annoyance huge noise from the main road that passes 20m from the house. Impossible to sleep with the windows open in the bedrooms on the side of the track, even with the windows closed it was very noisy. Curtains are too tight for the size of the windows and not at all darkening. Absolutely not a good night's rest.Environment near a Hofer supermarket, but this store had a very limited supply. You can walk to the village on foot, but a car is recommended.

Beautiful, clean house. Too bad there is no intermediate entrance. But definitely recommended.

Very nice and well-maintained accommodation. Communication with landlord was trouble. Location was ok. We drove the cars to the ski area.

Super nice apartment right on the main road thereby high noise

A very good home for up to 12 people as there are 6 bedrooms available. Zell am Ziller, shopping and restaurants are within easy reach, as well as the lifts for skiing and hiking. The equipment of the two halves leaves nothing to be desired (underfloor heating, induction cooker, walk-in showers, etc.) The large common room allows all guests to come together.
