Apartment Brixental I

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Communication is miserable, service minus, host on site cannot be reached. Unfortunately, we can't say much about the accommodation itself. We booked directly on FEWO, but with BELVILLA as the host. Unfortunately, BELVILLA's description of this apartment is incorrect. It's a bit complicated, but the apartment with 2 (!) bedrooms plus living room is described directly on FEWO. There are also 2 (!) double beds and one single bed as sleeping options. And that was all the information we had at the time of booking. When asked in chat, I was assured by Belvilla "that the accommodation can accommodate 5 people and 1 infant under the age of 2, but you can speak to the caretaker of the accommodation after booking about the exception of an additional infant." So thought: well, 5 adults and 1 small child normally, 4 adults and 2 small children would also fit just fine. Big Mistake: The contact details of the local host should be provided right after booking to revisit the local situation. So we booked, tried to reach the host on site by email and phone... no response until one day before arrival. Then the message: You would be sorry, the description of BELVILLA would be wrong, there is only one bedroom. Contacted Belvilla directly, no one could be reached at first, messages in the chat have not been answered to date. But since then there has been lively contact by e-mail, you can't see any mistakes, the description is clear. Furthermore, everything would be correctly described on the rental agreement (sent AFTER booking, free cancellation is no longer possible at this point). We consider the offer to refund €30 to be pure mockery. That doesn't even cover a third of the basic cleaning & taxes, i.e. costs that NEVER arose.
