This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a quietly located holiday home in Brixen im Thale in Tyrol, directly in the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area.

The holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large entrance area with a cloakroom, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is also a living room with a comfortable lounge sofa (also a sofa bed for two people), large screen Apple TV (42") with Dutch channels and DVD player. The holiday home also offers a ski storage room, garden and terrace (shared with other guests ) and plenty of parking space.

Nestled in gentle grassy mountains with extensive alpine pastures, the charming town of Brixen im Thale is located in the middle of the Brixental, about 10 minutes by car from the famous Kitzbühel. In summer the town and the surrounding area is a perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours, in winter Brixen im Thale is part of the well-known ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, one of the largest ski areas in Austria with over 270 kilometers of slopes and 82 modern lifts.

The ski lift to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area is only 400 m away, and various hiking trails and cycle paths are a convenient distance of just 200 m. The golf course and the public swimming pool are also just around the corner.

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Kitzbühel, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Excellent accommodation. Very complete kitchen, nice seating area (with large TV and lots of channels incl. Dutch). How strange that the bathroom and toilet can only be reached through the children's bedroom, but not a problem for us. Accommodation will be rebuilt / renewed soon. Great location, elevator and supermarket within walking distance. We had no neighbors below (was not rented), I am curious if you have noise nuisance from each other if there are.

Apartment is within walking distance of the ski lift and supermarket, but we drove all the stuff every day to the elevator and parked our car there. apartment is fine, simple but fully equipped. it was clean and looked neat. With a family with 3 large children, it is a bit adaptable to each other and to the space, but we are used to a camper and it was no problem for us. The bathroom can only be reached through the nursery and 1 child slept on the sofa bed in the living room.

Location was fine close to the lifts and at the supermarket. Location along the main road but that did not cause any inconvenience. Very unfortunate that the bathroom (which was also the only toilet of the house) was only accessible through the children's bedroom. This was also only separated with a not too good sliding door. The beds were very bad special hard bed bases with thin mattresses, which were really not nice. The sofa bed in the living room was by far the best.

Of all the winter sports holidays, this house is located in terms of the gondola and the best of our kindness. The Brixen Gondola is within walking distance. The car can be left open all week. The apartment itself is well furnished, the beds were Well, the kitchen was well equipped and the living room is very cozy. There is a super big TV (with Dutch Sat), there is a ski slope and parking spaces at the house, everything was fine,

We are very well-liked in Haus Steiner, definitely worth the effort, the Housekeeper is very helpful and easy to reach, bus stop at the door and the supermarket is close by just like the lift and apres ski, we have the car in the carport And no longer needed. The sandwiches you reach at the petrol station nearby are also delicious on Sundays. We are definitely going to visit here. The garden is great in the summer with the flowing water next to the garden. There is also A nice terrace where the whole day is sunshine, have a nice holiday!
