This splendid 2-bedroom apartment is in Fendels. It is ideal for a group and can accommodate 8 guests. This has a balcony for you to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty after a long day and central heating.
Ski lift is at 2km to reach the slopes of Fendels. There is a ski lift at a short distance to visit Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis ski areas. The grocery stores lie 4 km and the restaurants are only 1 km from the stay. There is a swimming pool at 5km.
The balcony is accessible for you to enjoy a steaming cup of tea with your loved ones. Central heating is installed for your cosier stay. Parking is also provided in the premises. Ski boot heaters are in place for your hustle free stay. A high chair and childrens bed are provided for the little travelers
You can check-in to the property between 3-6 PM and check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Arrival was well arranged, cottage looked very clean and tidy. Everything is there and the view is breathtakingly beautiful.
A beautiful, new and clean apartment. The location is very quiet, which absolutely appealed to us. Great view of the mountains. The only drawback with small children are the lack of socket protection, or children's dishes.

The location of the apartment and the view is great. Close enough to shops and far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. The apartment is very well equipped - everything a family could need - everything is clean and well-kept. Family-friendly hikes right on the doorstep.
Very nice and comfortable apartment. Very nice location in a quiet village. Good starting point for beautiful walks. Two lifts close to the house. You will receive tickets for access to, among other things, the natural pool and swimming pool. It is recommended to extend this with access to lifts. There are several options for this.

We were well received and shown around. Clear explanation about the accommodation. The accommodation was beautiful and spacious and clean. The area was beautiful partly due to the large amount of snow

The accommodation was great. Looked like in the pictures. Everything went smoothly. Bread service was also possible by the bakery in Prutz.

We stayed on the top floor of Hause Kometer, it was offered as an 8 person apartment. On site, there appeared to be only two bedrooms with a double and a single bed. In the living area had a sofa where 1 person was slapen.Als they wish to stay with 3 or 4 couples, it does have a problem with this format! Furthermore, the apartment was well fine, nice view of the slopes and it was also easy to reach on foot. Best of all was the ski resort Kaunertal, this is really a great area and definitely recommended !! Downside to the apartment was that we had to do a whole week with the same towels would be nice if this z 'n least were replaced mid week had by clean ... Continue super holiday and worth repeating ...
Beautiful location, quiet mountain village. Fantastic views. Many opportunities for activities within a few kilometers.
The apartment is great. I write no other review but the apartment is as described, clean and excellent value at just fits. Would stay there again anytime.
Ski holiday in great location! No WiFi but that was no problem for us! Quality time with each other!
Very nice location for a group of 14 people (combined 2 stays). Peaceful stay. The only disadvantage was that when purchasing the pass for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis our guest card was not accepted because we did not stay close to the slopes so we had to pay € 35 more! Fendels ski area itself is still not included, this was also to pay extra for! This little area is perfect for beginners and families but too small for an advanced Snower. All in all though another beautiful week behind!
Beautiful house but too far away from the larger ski.
The apartment met all our expectations (modern, clean, spacious, good beds, nice patio, dishwasher). For shopping you must be down village, for the bakery. The only downside might be that there is no internet.
Nice, clean, new, modern and very complete apartment. We stayed with four adults and a baby and the room was perfect. Definitely a must. Fendels has a small family and (very) family friendly ski area. About a 20 minute drive there is a glacier and a half hour drive to Serfaus Fiss or. Definitely worth for a quiet holiday.
We had a wonderful holiday in Kometer apartment (top floor). The living area and the bedrooms are spacious enough for 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped. The biggest advantage for winter sports is the short walk to the ski slopes and lifts. Village is limited in shops, restaurants and cafe 's.
Great holiday
Optimal can enjoy the area, partly because we were quick with the chairlift at 200m distance at height
