Beautiful chalet, excellent location to discover Zillertal. Clean and well looked after, some minor things that could do with an update eg a new kettle. Beautiful new swimming pool. Everything is well organized, reception is also easy to reach if you have questions!

We have been to Austria for the first time this year, we had a fantastic holiday, house really great for each other! Surroundings beautiful! And the people are also very nice, this is really our holiday country, see you next year

The house met all expectations. Clean, beds made, a set of towels, plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery. View is beautiful!

We were later than planned, but that was no problem: the chalet was open, we could enter it without registering, fantastic! Nice chalet, clean and spacious. Even the fireplace wood was ready for use. Located on a dead end street, we had some problems getting away after a lot of snow had fallen; snow chains were needed then.

Na enig zoeken hadden we het sleuteladres gevonden. Het huis was netjes, fijne bedden en schoon. Enige nadeel was de keuken/kamer was een beetje krab voor 12 personen. De omgeving was mooi en veel dingen te beleven in de omgeving.

Nice little village with good bus connection to the Zillertal Arena ski area. Also swimming pool in village is of good quality.

We arrived late I.v.m. files, luckily there was someone at the front desk. She was helpful, you could at her immediately buy ski passes. The house was beautiful, complete and clean. The road to the bus stop was quite steep. You lost a lot of time to get to the ski bus, which costs about 30-45 minutes.

The location of the property is gorgeous. The first impression upon entering was absolutely great. Where we have been very happy had the heater !!! And space to dry our boots. Sufficient parkeergelegenheid.Echter we nevertheless concluded during our stay that we are not going to book again this house. Just because it is so far from the Zillertal Arena ski area is 18km !!! There is an inner by-road (10km) but heavy snowfall the road is a challenge even if you use snow chains. But the most important our kids enjoyed the skiing lessons and snow!

Airy spacious and comfortable home. Everything is readily available in the kitchen. So not sneue precisely measured number plates, cups and bowls so you still have to wash. It was a very nice holiday. The house was nothing to be desired, except that there were not enough towels for one week stay. The decor is very modern.

A beautiful big house with all mod cons. We had a nice holiday. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The only discordant note was the traffic noise you hear annoying on the terrace.

During the winter sports have used this property with a group of 10 people and 1 baby. The house looks neat and care and is fully equipped. We found a nice house for our party (6 adults and 2 small children) with a nice view. Good beds, great showers and full kitchen. Excellent location good for the different ski areas and the village within walking distance incl. Pool, ski shop and supermarket. In short, we had our very sense.

We were a group of 12 friends aged 17 to 24 years. Since we wanted to experience the Gauderfest times, we came up with the idea to spend a weekend together. We have only positive memories. With the house and the immediate area, we were very pleased. When you sit together on the couch, however, had to dodge some on the floor for lack of space.

The house was clean and attractive. The large balcony has done well for sunbathing. The living room and kitchen were a little tight for 10 people (just went above). For 12 people it is definitely too small. The provided two parking spaces were somewhat optimistic. However, overall the holiday was great.

it remains a disappointment that we had another house was less. The amount we got back after some calls but accepted, but we lack. This cottage was en rented for 200 euros cheaper and we got 150 euros return. Along the other house flooded, this was surely better and freer. We had the 2nd week though no neighbors but this cottage is on the road and you could hear the traffic here clearly more if booked at our cottage.

We stayed - week and have been taken advantage of this excellent chalet. The "interior equipment is provided including kitchen utensils. Decor is modern and access to a real plus more. Great value / price pool

Beautiful weather, beautiful house but unfortunately the upstairs was not (properly) cleaned. So we have done themselves. Because of the beautiful weather we wanted to sit outside and eat outside. Unfortunately this was not possible because there was no umbrella and no decent outdoor table. There were only plastic bucket seats (no amenities) and adjustable seats were not there. What it was was an old, partly rotten wooden picnic set whose paint the table afbladderde. In a house of this price, this thick under-the more so because it had other (similar) houses in this same park facilities. We about us complained to the manager of the park and they brought us a (small) umbrella. They further indicated that the homeowner must arrange and this particular (or not!).

it was a nice vacation with the family because of our 40 years of marriage this was a gift for the children and grandchildren and zell am see and grosclockner was fantastic

What mainly bothered us was the distance to the ski slope. We took the bus one day, then we ourselves driven the car, so we went to the après ski even one time, and that we are not gewoon.Het house was totally great! the kitchen / living room was a bit on the small side for 12 people. We were happy but with 10, but 10 it was still rather small. (Sandwiches) service was OK. If this house was in a different area, we would definitely go back.

Sauerland in Wald im Pinzgau.De chalet was excellent, clean, nicely finished, with all comfort.Mooie trips can do in the area; Kriml Waterfalls, Stauzee, Konigsleiten, Zell am Zillern Zell am See, Grossglockner alpine Strasse, Innsbruck and Salzburg.Prachtige walks can do to nearby AlpenHutten.Zeer hospitable country with good and not too expensive eetgelegenheden.De villa gave occasion for 10 to 14 people to sleep (although we were only 9) and offered some sleep opportunity of providing adequate comfort include 2 badkamers.Voor terms of cooking and eating there was not enough room to cook for about 10 people and there was not enough seating at the kitchen table. The table on the terrace was actually sale.The noise of the speeding car 's the 165 was ever storend.Het pool was an excellent variety and offered good relaxation after the efforts of a long walk in the nearby mountains. A relaxing holiday with young children. Fully equipped and a lovely pool very close.

Staying home and was fantastic. The house is fully equipped and very suitable for several families with young children (0.1 and 4 years). It is a short drive by car to the lifts of Hochkrimmel but a nice pool and (ski) shops are within walking distance however.

If we could, for instance a sauna in the house was important we had to book chalets plus. Not doing so is that these special request may not be considered. We had to move in this chalet with 6 people and a wonderful holiday and space enough for us and get back.

Beautiful spacious home with a lovely fireplace where we have made use of many hours. The wood was stacked outside and was supplemented every time. The pool is just around the corner so for both parents and children ideal. Plenty of ski facilities in the vicinity which are accessible by car or bus. Definitely worth repeating!

We lived in the house with 6 adults and 2 children and had more than enough space. Who eats breakfast on the terrace has a fantastic view. Even bad weather is not a problem as during the stay of the entrance to the 5-minute walk away Kristallbad is free. Walking tours can begin in the immediate vicinity of all difficulty levels. A house to fall in love and where you immediately feel at home. The location is superb in terms of the view but once you realize you have to go walking or shopping to do with stroller because it is high and so pick your favorite car even to the adjacent pool. That we found a serious drawback.
