The Stubai Apartments are within walking distance of the next ski lift and the center of Neustift.
The nicely furnished holiday apartment has a spacious living, cooking and dining area with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. In the bedrooms you will find comfortable king-size beds, in one of the bedrooms there is also a sofa bed for two more people. In winter you can store your ski equipment in the practical ski room with ski boot heater in the basement of the house. WiFi is also available.

The house is situated on a very beautiful hillside with a great view of the valley and the mountains. About a 25-minute walk from the village in the valley. The house is on a road with little traffic and is very quiet. The size is appropriate for 8 people. Unfortunately, some basic features are missing. Such as Microwave, various kitchen utensils (cutting board, small knife, spatula, etc.). In the kitchen there is only a dining table with 8 chairs. Unfortunately, the sofa shown in the pictures was missing. In the evening it was not possible to sit comfortably. Lighting on the balcony would not turn on as there was no switch for it or it was so well hidden that it couldn't be found. Unfortunately, there is also no broom, vacuum cleaner or anything similar that could be used to remove the small daily crumbs that children cannot avoid. Only a hand brush and a dustpan are available. Unfortunately, we were not given a guest card, which would have given us discounts at some facilities. When we asked the administration, we were referred to Belvilla. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the answer today. Otherwise, the administrators took care of little things and promptly turned them off when asked. Even just one key card per room is very little with 8 people occupancy. A one-time change of towels per week would also be desirable. Even a single tea towel was very little for dishes for 8 people.
