Apartment Elfriede

Never experienced. Reasonable stay but hostess and host unfriendly, suspicious and controlling (due to bad experiences from other tenants?). When we were skiing, the owners came into our rented rooms. We know this because one of us stayed home for a morning. The owner entered the bedroom not knowing anyone else was there. We understand that you are economical with your home, but when you are a landlord you will have to have some confidence in the tenants. The day before departure, the landlord asked what time we wanted to leave. Indicated that we would focus on 10:00 so that we could have breakfast in peace (10:00 is also indicated time to check out). Landlord asked if we would really stay until 10am? She still had to clean etc. for the next tenants. At 9.40 am the landlord came in to check everything and whether we were staying until 10 am on purpose…. We don't get it. As the landlord asked, we closed the windows during the day, took off shoes in the house, sorted waste, locked the door when we were away, closed kitchen cabinets properly, filled in papers on time, paid payments immediately, dishes neatly in the cupboards, no noise or other nuisance possibilities. We had a wonderful winter sports holiday in Schruns, but a little more hospitality would be more pleasant for everyone.

It was our first holiday in Austria What a beautiful country! A beautiful area to walk. With gondolas and lifts you get a nice piece up into the mountains and you can continue to inform wandelen.Het apartment was very clean, but otherwise soberly decorated, not cozy, also the terrace of the house is not. Not so suitable for a summer vacation, probably more focused on winter sports.

The apartment is adequate. Kitchen / room in a very small. Space is idd in the hallway that you share with the owner. Privacy is therefore less. Owners are friendly and do not like in a previous review annoying. Furthermore, a beautiful environment.

It was a nice holiday. The house was cozy and clean.We were "morning fresh bread rolls in the oven. The landlords came only when it was needed. The driveway was plowed by the owners gehouden.Silvretta Montafon is a pretty extensive ski area.

We really liked our stay. We were downstairs at our disposal and had plenty of privacy. It looked clean and neat. It is somewhat remote and high on the mountain. A beautiful view. To the valley to get you through a narrow winding down. There is no bread service.

Elfriede is a great stay. Clean and spacious with welcoming hosts.

The apartment was clean and is for 4 people. spacious. The owners were very nice and made the effort. We would come back when it's convenient.
