We can highly recommend this accommodation. The owners are very nice and always ready to help. The flat itself is very lovingly and luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. The highlight is the private sauna on the terrace with a marvellous view of the Hohe Tauern. As the house is located next to a farm, there are of course animals. So if you don't like cows and cats, you should go somewhere else. We felt very comfortable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A dream of a holiday flat - with a lot of heart, style and panorama We (a family with three children) were able to spend six unforgettable days in the Panorama flat at Oberkrammern Apartments in Hollersbach im Pinzgau - and it was simply fantastic! Even the journey there went smoothly: hardly any traffic, perfect weather and a wonderful drive through the Austrian mountain landscape. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the quaint, charming building, which is nestled in absolute tranquillity in the middle of the countryside - surrounded by meadows, mountains, forest and fresh air. No roads, no noise - just nature and the feeling of freedom. The welcome from the hosts was exceptionally warm. From the very first conversation, you could feel the hospitality and openness, and we immediately felt welcome. Everything was shown to us, customised to our family - even the sleeping arrangements for our three children were already prepared as we had in mind. Great thinking! The flat itself is simply premium. A tasteful blend of modern design and alpine wood style, technically equipped to the highest standard (including top TVs in all rooms), furnished to a high standard, thoughtfully planned and realised with great attention to detail. You can tell that people with high standards want to live here. A personal highlight: the portafilter machine with local espresso to start the day in style. A real plus point for us as coffee lovers! The kitchen is well equipped, ideal for breakfast and small meals. The large terrace with its fantastic panoramic view was a daily treat, as was the private outdoor sauna, which made every evening a relaxing finale - with views of the mountains and sunset. A very special extra - and a real highlight for families with children - was the direct access from our terrace to the private garden area. A small door leads to a lovingly designed mini playground with swings, trampoline and more - perfect for little early risers or for winding down in the evening. Our children loved using it every day - it's really easy and safe. And right next door: a small, fenced-in animal area with goats, sheep and bunnies, which can even be fed! This was a daily ritual for our children - and a real experience that made their stay even more special. The surrounding area also leaves nothing to be desired: family-friendly activities such as hikes, swimming lakes, adventure playgrounds, cable cars, archery and nature trails provide variety for young and old. Boredom is a foreign word here! We like to stay in high-quality flats a lot, but this flat is one of our absolute favourites. It combines the perfect location, facilities, hospitality and feel-good factor in a rare harmony. We will definitely be back - and can recommend the Panorama flat without reservation. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, well equipped and offers an incredible amount of storage space. The communication was good and the landlords very friendly. The location on the hillside on the sunny side is a dream. Quiet, but still well located so that you could reach everything quickly. Our son was also very happy with the small playground at the back, the large meadow and the farm next door. We definitely plan to come here again!

We were very satisfied all round! The stay is really premium, everything has been thought of. The host is very nice, friendly and always concerned about our satisfaction. It really feels like arriving and feeling at home, especially with children. Would book it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to others!
