This former farm for a maximum of 6 people, which was renovated and furnished as a modern holiday home in 2017, is in a fantastic location at an altitude of around 1000 meters in the mountains at the southern foothills of the Saualm in Eberstein in Carinthia.
The detached holiday home has a cozy living room with an attractive tiled stove and television. The kitchen was also completely renovated in 2017. The three bedrooms offer plenty of space for 6 people. The house also has two bathrooms.
This house, located in the middle of nature, has a wonderful, wide view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The spacious garden is equipped with play equipment and a cozy dining table. The house can be reached via an easily navigable asphalt path of around five kilometers from Eberstein.
Eberstein in central Carinthia offers a beautiful mountain landscape, valleys and mountain lakes. With the Kraigersee, Urbansee and Hörzendorfer See you have real insider tips for a day of pure bathing fun, but the famous Wörthersee is also not far away!
The holiday home is 100 m from the forest if you want to explore the raw nature. Try the local cuisine in the restaurants which are only 2 km from the house. The grocery stores are 7 km from the house.
The Saualpe - Eberstein ski area is a wonderful small ski area with a view over half of Carinthia, ideal for learning to ski and for sun skiing. Other ski areas are the Koralpe, Klippitztörl and the Gerlitzen.

We had a great holiday in Austria. The house was very clean and of course great location. Incredibly quiet with a great view. The landlords are very friendly and were always helpful with questions. We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast outside and the view over the clouds and mountains. The house was pleasantly cool despite the warm weather. There are many excursion destinations that are easy to reach on foot or by car.
A very nice holiday home with a very nice view of the mountains. The landlords are very friendly and we received a warm welcome. Anyone looking for a holiday home for a break has come to the right place. No noise from cars, just a roar of deer in the fenced area. In front of the house there were also deer with a stag which made the flair incredible. The house is very well equipped and offers everything you need. The stove in the living area is just as much a highlight as the surroundings. We can definitely recommend the house and the landlord and will definitely go back here (or several times)!

Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, The three bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family, The only downside was the distance to grocery stores, but the local dining options were charming
Clear instructions regarding handing over the key; cordial welcome by Uwe and Agnes; Accommodation in order and very clean although few basic facilities in the kitchen (no oil, no sugar, no detergent, no sponge); living space rather small and dark but more than offset by unparalleled views of the mountains, spacious garden and adjoining alpine meadow and forest.
A great place for a quiet escape! The layout of the house was perfect for our needs, and we appreciated the cleanliness, It’s a bit remote, but the tranquility was worth it, We would definitely come back!
Pleasant reception. Fantastic environment to completely relax. Pretty basic but otherwise in order. The kitchen is a bit small to sit with 6 together.
