The chalet is very complete and modernly furnished and offers a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining table and patio doors directly to the garden as well as a modern, open, fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 balcony. The attic, which you reach via stairs, offers additional space for 2 people. You can park directly under the carport at the chalet.
Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourist region and offers a small family ski area with 6 kilometers of slopes as well as restaurants, shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (Aquarena water and wellness oasis). The well-known Sun Skiworld Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes and 30 lifts is approx. 25 km away (accessible with the free ski bus).
Kötschach-Mauthen is an ideal destination for both a sun and snow holiday. For the active, sporty holidaymaker, but also ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, and is known for its magnificent nature and healthy air. In summer the options are truly endless, with canoeing, rafting, mountain biking, hiking and cycling. The Waldbad Mauthen natural swimming pool or the Pressegger See east of Hermagor offer lots of swimming fun in summer!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Very nice holiday home with underfloor heating and a fireplace, complete kitchen, and two bathrooms. Very friendly property management.
Strong sewage smell in both bathrooms. Despite immediate notification to the manager, nothing was done. Rain comes through the balcony onto the terrace, so it's best not to leave anything sensitive there. Positive: very quiet location, far from the main road. Good shopping options and restaurants.
The cottage was fully equipped (mosquito screens were placed everywhere) and super clean. We had a wonderfully beautiful holiday.

We have often stayed in the house and also in the house next door. Both houses are very well equipped. <<The two bathrooms are great for us with older children. Very clean, everything is always there and the contact with the caretaker, the owner and also the cleaning lady was very nice and very pleasant. The house has a fireplace, which is very nice in Witner and is close to the beginner's slope in Kötschach. Everything great.

It is a very neat, attractive and stylishly furnished house. Super clean with very nice view and fully equipped. The third bedroom is on a loft, with a very steep ladder. Charging station for electric cars is within walking distance at the pool.
The holiday home meets all expectations. It is clean and in a good location.
Complete, new house. Equipped with all comforts. Facilities at a short distance.
Complete luxury house. Everything is there. Including washer / dryer, ironing board / iron, mosquito nets, awning, complete kitchen equipment, nice box spring beds, etc. The stairs to the loft are a ladder and therefore very steep, so not suitable for everyone to sleep there. A larger and firmer clothes rack would be nice. With Carinthia map a lot done but also a lot of driving, some things half an hour away but most from an hour's drive.
The house is very nice, modern and comfortably furnished. It is also very well equipped. Everything, really everything is there, except for towels, you have to bring them with us. In addition, it is well maintained, everything like new.
