Welcome to this detached holiday home in the Ransburg district near Flachau! With a total of approx. 190 m², the property offers two holiday apartments of 50 m² and 140 m², making it ideal for families and larger groups of up to 15 people.
The house offers plenty of privacy and space for a relaxing holiday. The furnishings are simple, well maintained and practical. The larger apartment features a spacious living area, several bedrooms and bathrooms. A sauna is available for an additional fee.
The location is ideal all year round. In winter, the Flachau ski area can be reached within a few minutes. Cross-country ski trails and winter hiking paths are also nearby.
In summer, the house is a perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and excursions into the Salzburg mountains. The Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt is also easily accessible.
The owner lives in a separate caretaker apartment in the building. The two holiday apartments are exclusively available to guests – perfect for a group holiday with plenty of space and privacy.

A cosy house, close to the ski bus. It has a handy ski locker and fully equipped kitchen(s). The owner is right next door and available for questions. Good stay!
The house was clean and fully equipped, easy to get in. Aside of that, quite many negative things: some beds are really really bad, at a point where it"s hard to sleep on them. The whole area smells literally like shit in the spring, as they"re spreading manure in the fields all around the house. So you can"t open any window without a strong insane poo smell invading the house. While having been clear that we were leaving at 10am, the landlord arrived at 8am and started cleaning while we still were in the house, interrupting some of us on the toilets or in the bathroom. And last thing, he charged us an extra 50 euros for a key he claimed we lost while we never had it.
The house had plenty of space outside a nice playground for the kids. Only we were not satisfied with the hygiene; many cobwebs and the shower drains and sink drains clogged. Pity
This chalet has everything you need for a comfortable stay, Spacious rooms, a nice kitchen, and the sauna added a touch of luxury, The only downside was the slightly noisy street outside, but it didn’t bother us much, Perfect for those traveling with pets, too!
Arrival was easy. Apartment is complete with lots of space. Close proximity to the ski bus and slopes.
A nice place to celebrate holidays with family friends. The interior is dated, but clean and it lacks nothing. The friendly owner will occasionally ask if everything is to your liking. Distance to the slopes is OK me the car. The ski bus stops right down the street.
