This beautiful and luxurious chalet for a maximum of 8 people is part of a chalet complex with 4 residential units/chalets and is located in the well-known village of Krimml, on the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol and a short distance from the Hochkrimml - Zillertal Arena ski area.
The chalet has a large living room with seating area and dining table, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms (one with 2 double beds, one with a bunk bed), 3 luxurious bathrooms and 2 balconies/terraces. The chalet also has a relaxation area with sauna, shower and loungers, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer and a garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the chalet.
Krimml is a small village in the west of Austria. It is located in Salzburgerland at an altitude of over 1000 meters at the end of the Salzach Valley and borders the Zillertal in Tyrol and South Tyrol. The area offers fascinating high valleys such as the Krimmler Achental and the Wildgerlostal in the Hohe Tauern National Park, beautiful mountain lakes, deep gorges and perfect slopes in the Hochkrimml - Zillertal Arena ski area. The area offers many hiking routes, various opportunities for mountaineering and bicycle and mountain bike tours.
Due to the central location of the chalet, you can reach the Zillertal Arena (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten), Wildkogel Arena (Neukirchen) and KitzSki-Hollersbach ski areas in 30-45 minutes by car. The ski bus that takes you to the cable cars from the Zillertal Arena stops 400 meters from the chalet. With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you can ski in the three ski areas with almost 400 kilometers of slopes with one ski pass.
In summer, the outdoor pool in Krimml, the bathing lake in Wald im Pinzgau and the Hollersbach bathing lake offer plenty of bathing fun!
Directly in Krimml there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Very nice holiday home. Modern and fully furnished to a high standard. Kitchen well equipped. 4 bedrooms (3x double beds and a room with 2 bunk beds). Great bathrooms! Very clean. Large sauna available. Really a nice holiday home. Very close to the Krimml Waterfalls.
Nice location, outside the hustle and bustle of Krimml, but within walking distance to the bakery and small Spar. From Krimml we drove to various places to take beautiful walks again. Sauna in the house was nice to relax in the evening.
Fantastic house where the six of us stayed. Good beds, neat bathrooms, sauna, football table for the children and you can also play football outside in the garden. Clean, everything in the house is there (bbq/grill, washing machine and dryer) and a prime location! Mountain views, 24 minute walk to the Krimml waterfalls. Krimml itself is also a nice village and for your shopping you walk 350 m down. Lots to do nearby. Anita was easily accessible. It's fun in Austria and Chalet Eva finished it off.
The house is comfortable, clean and close to the ski slopes. We had everything we needed. Krimml offeres also a lot of activities and ammenities like a night walk to the waterfall nearby, carling, good restaurants and bars, a ski service and a shop. There's eaven a brewery in one of the local guesthouses.
What was not communicated with the reservation was that a guest card was included with which you can drive over the gerlos pass toll-free and visit the waterfall for free and have other discounts. Fortunately, the hostess came to bring us the guest card just in time for the first full day or we would not have been able to use any other advantage.
The cottage is really great. We feel very comfortable here. Everything you need is there. The internet is excellent, which is important for families with older children. We would book the house again at any time. 100% recommendation.
Very nice and modern house. Lots of space, ideal with children. Inventory neat. House is clean. On the balcony beautiful view of the mountains. Because you can have neighbors, it can be a downside. We had no neighbors all week. Location good, walking to the small village of Krimml. Hotel post (300 meters) is recommended. Good food, nice playground. If you follow the road up a bit, you have a beautiful view of the falls. You will not find the home owner, key goes through a code box at the front door, we thought it was ideal. Only downside is that the grass was gigantic high in the "backyard". The children could not play in this. Was a shame but not serious. All in all had a wonderful holiday with beautiful weather!
The accommodation was clean and generally as described. The equipment in the kitchen was not appropriate for accommodation for up to a maximum of 10 people. It is the most necessary available.

Very cool house with all necessary amenities. Ski storage and sauna are very nice extras. Only regrettable that parking spaces are limited (eg we had to park in the parking lot of the house next door.) Ski slopes easily accessible and shops in the village rare
