An original, pleasant 3-bedroom apartment located in the middle of Sulzau near Neukirchen am Grossvenediger, with a typical Austrian decor and a rustic appearance. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy the splendour of the Hohe Tauern Alps.
In the summer, you can discover the various cycling, mountain biking and hiking routes direct from your front door. There is a public swimming pool 3 km away. During the winter, the region is known for its well-groomed ski slopes at the Wildkogel Ski Circus at 2.8 km. You can get on the ski bus 100 m from the home. Après ski, snow-shoeing or relaxing in the surrounding spas: there's something for everyone here.

A spacious but dated apartment. Beautiful terrace with stunning views and a large meadow in front of the door where children can play. Owner only seen once. Gasthof Siggen (15 minutes walk) is a must to eat. Mittersill has a nice outdoor pool and the crystal bath is less than 10 minutes by car and is a beautiful indoor pool. Cozy center of Neukirchen is 5 minutes by car. There you can also go up with the cable car, very beautiful!
Arrival fine. We could go straight into the house. Accommodation for our composition was fine. Two families plus grandma. The house was 2 km from the ski lift. Was great to do.
The house is wonderfully spacious On arrival there were a few minor defects but they were quickly fixed. The owner's mother regularly asked if anything was to be desired. A great place to eat nearby is gasthof Siggen. Very nice weather and with the salsburgerlandkarte you can for 80 euros a lot of visits
We were enthusiastic and pleasantly welcomed. It was a beautiful spacious accommodation. It is a beautiful setting with beautiful hiking and skiing areas.
Reception was very friendly. Apartment was well clean and surroundings were beautiful
What a good reception. Really noticeable that the host himself working in a hotel as a hostess. She was easily accessible. The house was clean and well maintained.The cottage is slightly dated, but the area is so super.Je runs from the house to the pasture in the middle of the bergen.Toen we asked if there was a bbq on site, she has one purchased with charcoal and everything there! Unfortunately I had to go to the hospital in Mittershill. Here too she recommended us perfectly geholpen.Echt. If we go again to this region, we would book it again !!!
Beautiful apartment to go in a quiet location and yet conveniently located for shopping, skiing, cross-country skiing, eating. Us two families with children 4-11 years old really liked it here super. We highly recommend the property.
Expectations were not high, but nevertheless the house was disappointing. All stocking stuffers who had a wonderful holiday for annoyance zorgden.Desondanks!
Nice spacious house from where we enjoyed a delicious winter. Everything was sufficiently available. Small opmerking..er was what little badlinnen.Mooie location and at a reasonable distance from the ski slope. Possible bus transfer. "S-fresh bread for the deur.Conclusie recommended.
Very nice stay near by the ski area Wildkogel Arena Neukirchen (3kms) with my family (2 children, parents, my wife and friend. Recommend it. Just it could be little bigger bed in the third (one bed) room.
Had wonderful days in Neukirchen, can have fun skiing in Gerlos! Everything was perfectly fine!
