House Erika is a lovely airy, bright and very clean apartment that comfortably fitted our 5 person family. It is fitted with all necessary amenities. It isn't new but it has that lovely charm to it. Although we didnt use the big balcony i can imagine that it's just a bliss to sit there in warmer months watching wildlife. Situated at the end of the small hamlet it is about 5 km to the nearest village so the car would be useful but there is a bus stop nearby. Not sure how often the bus comes thought. The only complain would be the shower. My large framed husband found it a little claustrophobic ... And the water took some time to drain. Other than this we had a lovely time and I'm sure we will come back in the coming years. Thank you for having us x

Beautiful apartment located in a beautiful (walking) area. The house is very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The pictures do not show how nice and cozy the apartment is. The apartment is very clean, is located in a quiet place in the village and is fully equipped. Have breakfast in the sun on the balcony or have a drink in the evening in the conservatory on the balcony is something we liked doing. The owner is very friendly. She only speaks German and we don't, but that was no problem. In the area you can walk a lot and easily up / in the mountains. The apartment is within walking distance of several waterfalls and an authentic Austrian restaurant.

Everything is well organized. Friendly reception. Clean and cozy house, everything you need is available. Great appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven. After a week all clean towels were again in abundance. Great beds. Nice balcony, even when the weather is slightly less. Plenty of hiking opportunities nearby and in the area. We had a wonderful holiday!

Arrival was as agreed. Accommodation was basic. Price quality is ok. Ski slopes and shops at 2km.

The house was fine, a bit outdated but in terms of price / quality ratio fine. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The environment is beautiful, we have been on the road every day and have made beautiful walks.

We are warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful owner. We immediately felt at home in the holiday home. The house is fully equipped and what is possibly not possible can be asked immediately. It is not super luxury, but that does not apply to us at all. Unexpectedly useful we found the freezer, which we have used a lot. The balcony was nice, large and because of the conservatory-like part also nice to sit in bad weather. It was nice and quiet, but we also liked that you saw some movement and people during the day, by agricultural vehicles, etc. There was a deer (or more) in the meadow just in front of the house that was very nice Especially for our daughter, pure nature from the balcony.We have eaten several times in Restaurant Siggen, which is within walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) and that is superb.Nature is beautiful, with a good view from the balcony. Shops are not far away, but too far to walk.Wij have a nice holiday in which we really have come to rest.

Once again had a wonderful holiday, the second time I've been here! The owner is extremely friendly and helpful (for the house and with tips for the area). The house is quite old, but all you need is present. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing .. The hiking trails start almost at the door, a must for lovers of peace and nature!

House is something of the older style, but everything is present, part of the balcony is like a veranda definitely a plus. The owner's really top can give a lot of explanation on many hiking trails. The obersulzbachtal and the untersulzbachtal are easy to do without a car close to the holiday home. Certainly for repeatability.

Very quiet and nice location, nice view on the mountains (however no view on the highest mountain, the Grossvenediger), well equipped for bed linens, towels. Kitchen equipment satisfactory however might be insufficient for 5 people. The owner is adorable and very helpful (only German speaker). The plus is the little veranda off the main bedroom and accessible from the balcony. As an additional point, all shops are closed after 600 p.m. therefore, this must be taken into consideration when arriving on Saturday late afternoon. I recommend the place.

Beautiful and sufficiently spacious apartment, fully equipped. We have been here four of z 'n ski (Wildkogel-Arena). Neukirchen and the ski lift are 3km, so does every single day with the car back and forth. The lessor was very friendly and helpful. We have a nice here had week.

It is an older house, partly somewhat dated, but everything is there what you need for a pleasant stay. The balcony is totally awesome ... Part of the balcony is closed as a kind of conservatory, so that even in bad weather you can sit outside. And the view ... If you like the mountains really loves crazy at all ... The owner is very friendly and helpful.
