The hostess and gentleman are friendly people and there is an informal atmosphere. If you order bread for tomorrow morning, this will be settled at the end of your holiday. There is a ski slope across the street and a bus stop at the ski lift. The bus ride to Ischgl is a good 10 minutes. When you come back from Ischgl, it's a bit of a walk to the house, so it's best to take a pair of regular shoes. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large enough, but the living room shows larger in the photo. There is also no HDMI connection for the TVs. You can ask the hostess for the WiFi password. All areas (including the ski room) are neat and tidy. This apartment is very good value for money and is ideal for 2 couples without children.

We are the guests of this property for the second time in a row. another absolute success! Even the weather played along with the most beautiful sunshine the whole week. A TOP hit for skiers. You climb directly from the accommodation into the slopes. The accommodation fits in every way! We were thrilled again.

The apartment is very functional. Everything is there, what you need for a relaxing holiday. Ideal is the starting point for skiers. Piste passing in front of the object. From there you can quickly reach the valley station as a starting point to the ski Kappl, Ischgl (good ski bus connection). The apartment is well furnished and modern. Suitable for two couples or parents with children. 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms / shower. Kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances - from electric stove to dishwasher. Apartment has a separate exit and direct access to the ski room to store the skis and boots. All in all, the concept is well thought out and very pleasant to use. Bread service is possible on request and worked well. Landlords are uncomplicated and very nice. Have an ear to all wishes. Overall rating for us it was great !!! (Parents + an adult son)

Two restaurants were found where you can enter one apres-ski. We had expected otherwise. Good supermarket. These facilities are on walking distance from apartment. What's on the main street at the base station is not within walking distance, the height is a problem, because you do not go heen.De descent that goes past the apartment the last few hundred meters Not recommended for beginners. The apartment is compact. There is no separate hall. The kitchen is also the place for shoes and coats.

It is a beautiful apartment with a very high level of finish. Living room / kitchen is on the small side. The bedrooms are both equipped with a spacious bathroom with a lovely shower, sink and toilet. Nice thoughtful landlords who are open for a chat. In one word AWESOME !!!

We have this winter spent a week in this property. The owner, Frau Huber, is very welcoming and helpful. The location of the house is really super. Within a minute walk you stand on the slopes next to the restaurant Obtain Stable. The ski bus stops almost outside the door. The supermarket, Spar, is about 10 minutes walk. The property itself is fine. Good beds, nice bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Furthermore, everything is brandschoon.Parkeren can right outside the door. Although we have had quite a lot of snow, no snow chains have needed. Every day the road was neatly kept clean. All in all, I can definitely recommend this property.

My holiday was good as always, they should know I book for 3 years the same time in the same house .my family has the other apartment in the house I wanted to book again but there have been other people on 12/21/2015 posted it is not in Ordnung.So I can with my sons no longer go there fahren.Sie should know we are always 13-15 people at this time in this house.

Very nice ski area and weather was perfect

Very clean apartment. Two double rooms with a private bathroom / toilet which is very comfortable with each. Good kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. location on the downhill ski in Kappl and opposite! Bread roll service every morning! accomodatie.voor perfect skiing in Ischgl you have to take the ski bus 20 min drive.

All smart and worked to the best satisfaction. Happy again.

Super location, less than 2 minutes walk from the slopes. From the house the other ski areas nearby well and quickly accessible by car. Go certainly a day of skiing in Galtur. (Nice and quiet and very beautiful slopes with great views over the lake) Unfortunately there is not much to do in Ischgl (Hotel Post is a must to go eat) Ideal bread service at the cottage so fresh bread daily.

we were very pleased. House Arosa is perfect for skiers, bus right outside the door. But you can also go directly to ski if you will, as the road runs right next to the house. The apartment is super clean and adequately equipped.
