Description
Cosily furnished flat, close to the wonderfully refreshing bathing lake. The flat was renovated in 2025 and offers a large walk-in shower and 2 cosily furnished bedrooms. These are equipped with 2 double beds and a single bed and offer enough space for 5 adults. The lake offers the perfect opportunity to cool off on hot days. In addition to a biotope, which is a retreat for the local flora and fauna, the bathing lake with a separate children's area and a sunbathing lawn is ideal for fun and relaxation.
See is a small community at the entrance to the Paznaun Valley at 1,050m above sea level. Traditional events and gourmet events ensure plenty of variety on your holiday here all year round: culinary and educational hikes and local evenings are just some of the items on the programme. You'll find plenty of variety in the nearby ski areas of See-Kappl, Ischgl and Galtür.
Activities in the neighbourhood: In addition to a beach volleyball court, a football pitch and two tennis courts, you can go on an adventure hike on a discovery tour.
Cycle paths (mountain bike), hiking trails and Nordic walking routes are just 300 metres from the house. Guided hikes are offered by the TVB for a fee.

Property is very basic. Is situated opposite a liquor store on a busy road. As a result, sitting outside on the balcony is hardly possible. Upon inquiry there was a table tennis table that could be used in the driveway of the house. The valley itself and the surrounding area are beautiful and there is plenty to do in good weather. On rainy days, the only option is to visit a (very expensive) swimming pool.
The apartment has a balcony that faces a main street. It is so loud that it cannot be used. It is also very noisy in the apartment from the street. There are problems with the Silvretta card that was described in the offer. The 4th day of vacation and we haven't been able to do anything yet.
The location was ideal for hiking and exploring the nearby lakes, Enjoyed the convenient bread delivery service in the mornings
A cozy and well-furnished apartment in a peaceful location, We appreciated the modern kitchen and the convenience of being able to prepare our own meals, The area is perfect for hiking and relaxing by the lake, Would definitely recommend!
A nice getaway! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, The nearby lakes were perfect for cooling off, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday
We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Home Mario! The layout was perfect for our family, with ample space and all the necessary amenities, The bread delivery service was a delightful morning treat, and the nearby bathing lake was just the cherry on top for a fun-filled day
