The holiday home was well equipped, very high-quality furnishings (Weber grill/Bose sound box etc.). The location is also very attractive. However, everyday things such as soap, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, salt/pepper etc. were missing. In addition, the 3rd bedroom, which is on the "gallery", was not usable for us. This can only be reached via a ladder and not a conventional staircase. Our 18-month-old daughter was supposed to sleep there, as she cannot climb the ladder on her own and carrying her up was not possible. (You need both hands to climb the ladder) She had to sleep in the parents' bedroom. The 3rd bedroom can therefore only be used by children/adults who can easily climb a ladder on their own. If we had had this information, we would not have booked the holiday home at all. Beautiful house, everything was good. For us was also helpful we could collect the key from the box near the house because we had long journey. Beautiful location.

Beautiful modern furnished houses with all necessary facilities. Both houses were clean. Good reception by the caretaker. The houses are a short (walking) distance from amenities. Especially the location in relation to the public swimming pool is perfect.

The chalet was exactly the perfect for us 4 people. We not only had enough separate bedrooms, but also separate bathrooms. The equipment was very high quality, from the wood stove, Weber electric grill, full kitchen and washer / dryer. Everything was here. The TV with satellite. And getting Bose Sound up and running and troubleshooting when the WiFi wasn't working was not that easy .., The house folder was essentially only available in Dutch, the caretaker was overwhelmed with this problem. The technology freak in our group did router reset and the like. got everything going, but that could be improved a bit. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely be back because Kötschach-Mauthen is the perfect base camp for a motorcycle group. We drove countless passes and mountain roads and were in Slovenia and Italy, also at Pressegger See. Above our chalet was also a large swimming facility, with an outdoor and indoor pool and good restaurants. Overall, we only ate delicious food in town. Five stars for location and accommodation 👍✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

The property was easy to find. Everything was arranged upon arrival.

The house is fully furnished and at a high level. Upon arrival the hausmeister turned out not to be informed about our arrival. As a result, the house was not yet provided with bed and kitchen linen and the heating was not yet on. Small blemish on an otherwise pleasant stay in a very nice area. The caretaker was very friendly and did apologize 100 times. Only when we called did he know about our arrival. Incidentally, the internet service was not really good. WiFi was sometimes gone

Beautiful surroundings with everything close. (shops, swimming pool) the cottage was fantastic with all the trimmings. The accommodation was also very clean. Highly recommended
