Kühnsdorf is a small town in the municipality of Eberndorf in the Völkermarkt district. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and shops for everyday shopping directly in the town or in Völkermarkt.
South Carinthia and therefore also Kühnsdorf have a wide range of options for families as well as couples without children. Swimming in one of the 7 lakes in South Carinthia such as Lake Klopeiner, Lake Gösselsdorf or Lake Turner with water temperatures of up to 29 degrees and enjoying the wonderful Karawanks panorama, playing golf in the Klopeinersee-South Carinthia golf park or climbing the Kitzelberg to the viewing platform?
In winter, skiers, carvers and snowboarders feel equally at home on the more than 15 kilometres of slopes in the Petzen ski area in St. Michael near Bleiburg. Alternatively, the small but fine Koralpe ski area offers 18 perfectly groomed slopes of all levels of difficulty and deep snow slopes.

Very nice, quiet, and spacious apartment. 2 showers, 2 toilets. Very friendly landlady.
Warm welcome and contact with the owner. Beautiful and clean cottage with both a balcony and access to the garden on the ground floor.
It is an upper apartment, neat, clean, and if there is anything you need, you just have to ask the hostess and she will arrange it, you can even have her do your laundry if necessary, there is just no dishwasher, but doing the dishes together leads to conversations... there isn't much to do in the village, in our opinion it's too quiet, and you have to take the car to do something. But because of the peace, we slept wonderfully. We had a lovely week with our hostess Herta!
Perfect family vacation, the hostess was super warm and we immediately felt comfortable, the apartment was very clean and the equipment was brand new and recently renovated, the winter garden is a dream, the climate in summer despite the wind very cool and pleasant 👍 We will definitely come back 😉 Thank you so much for everything 💕💕💕
