This modern apartment complex comprises 13 stylish units and is located just a short walk from the center of St. Margarethen. The newly renovated apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and was completely modernized in 2023: new flooring, a new kitchen, and a very tasteful, spacious layout. Perfect for winter sports enthusiasts – the lift to the Aineck/Katschberg ski area, as well as the ski school and ski rental shop, are practically on your doorstep. In summer, the region offers numerous hiking trails, diverse cycling routes, and the idyllic mountain lakes of the Lungau Nature Park, all reachable within 30 minutes.
The apartment includes a covered parking space in the underground garage. Additionally, the owner has three outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the building, which can be used free of charge upon prior reservation and subject to availability. The spacious living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, TV, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher and oven). A highlight is the furnished roof terrace with enchanting views and unobstructed vistas. Ski boot warmers are available in the ski room.

Great location and the apartment (top floor) where we stayed was really spacious and tidy. The balcony (one large and one small) was also lovely for the beautiful views!
Sankt Margarethen im Lungau is a very pleasant place to go for skiing with your family. Not too small, not too big a place (resort or the village). The apartment was placed well, short walking distance to the lifts or the shop. The place was great, three good sized bedrooms ideally for 6 people. No noise, warm as you make it. Internet was reliable and fast. The kitchen had all we really needed. Overall very good value for our money and we can only recommend a stay for anyone like us, family of 6.
Had a wonderful holiday in Austria in the town of Sankt Margarethen Im Lungau. We have put in haus Rosanne a beautiful 6-person apartment on the top floor, the apartment was clean and tidy, you also had your own parking space in the basement which was very spacious.
We have been very well received. Madam was not difficult about anything and very accommodating. Setting is beautiful and the apartment was perfect.
Were kindly received. The apartment complex is less free than the photos suggest.

Very spacious and cozy apartment. Had a very nice holiday with 8 people (4 adults, 4 children). We have just missed a regular coffee machine (Senseo machine is present) ...
Great apartment. With our family 2 adults and 2 children spacious enough. Good care. The manager of the apartment was helpful and well accessible. Enjoyed our vacation. Unfortunately, there was no lungau card at the apartment. This allows you to use lifts and museums at discounted rates.
Upon arrival Mrs. Mayer already present. We were soon in our apartment. A nice apartment with good kitchen and nice balcony. One downside is that the dining table in front of the children's bedroom is. Do you do you should do lightly a game. But otherwise a top apartment. It was our 2nd year in Sankt Margarethen so nice familiar.
Prima receive proper keys by attentive, nice lady. Really good apartment, very spacious, clean, well furnished, luxury good bathroom, nice bedroom. We were 4 adults and 2 small children. Everything perfect. Good location, we were able to ski down the slopes voordeur.Prima, lots of snow (by many good snowmaking). Really all happy !!!!!
