Description
This spacious apartment, ranging from 80 to 83 m², comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. It features 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a double bed, and a third with a bunk bed ideal for children. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living area to ensure ample sleeping space. The apartment also offers 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and WC, as well as a hairdryer for your convenience. A large 30 m² balcony provides a great outdoor space to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The open-plan kitchen and living area are fully equipped for a hassle-free stay. The kitchen includes all necessary utensils and cookware, as well as a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Other amenities include a toaster, kettle, and both Nespresso and filter coffee machines. A small ALPS RESORTS starter kit is provided upon arrival, which includes a dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid (20 ml), a sponge, trash bags, cleaning cloths, and dish towels.

Modern facilities, excellent sauna with whirlpool
Our stay at Top 11 was simply fantastic! The decor was very nice and the view of the Zugspitze was breathtaking. We had two bedrooms, each with a very nice bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was huge and we were able to check in and out without any problems. Many thanks to our landlady for the friendly contact!
