Beautiful and spacious apartment, fully equipped! Environment beautiful, view of the mountains.

It is a nice property. Too bad there is no sun protection for the windows so you can keep the heat out. For the rest, a nice accommodation.

We had a nice skiing holiday and stayed here for the second time. The apartment was big enough for eight people. The one bedroom was a bit dark. Otherwise, everything was fine so far.

We received a (free) upgrade to a larger detached house in the same holiday park. So this experience may not apply to this cottage.

very nice house, very spacious and fully equipped. many sights and excursions 15 minutes up to 60 minutes. only downside is that the heat on the upper floor which is hard going out of the house, the bedrooms are happy down there it is cooler. also a wonderful vacation in a wonderful place, thanks also to the pool around the corner and the (excellent) Wi - Fi)

We had a fantastic time at the Cozy Holiday Home in Königsleiten! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of eight, and we especially loved the sauna after a long day of skiing, The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the location couldn't be better—just a short walk to restaurants and the ski bus, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we didn't feel like dining out, Overall, a great stay in a beautiful setting!

It was a beautiful house. Well, complete interior. Everything was available. The setting was beautiful, just very far from a larger city. Supermarkets and restaurants do well in the neighborhood. The restaurant downstairs at the church was fine recommended. Have swimming pool is good, the service was less. Why should you pay for a sunshade / lounger for the outdoor area, after you've already paid entrance, or are a guest of the park? This would simply be included in the price mi addition, we hired towels, but for two weeks we had only one pair for each. One change per week would have been nice for that amount. We have wonderful, had very warm weather. In the afternoon it was in the living room but very very hot. Sun protection would therefore not be a luxury for rental during the summer. Now the sun was all afternoon in the living room side / windows up and the balcony. But, these are all on small negatives. Because otherwise it was a neat house and we very much enjoyed ourselves.

Nice stay in the pleasant holiday. Cycling in the beautiful surroundings and eating out in Ruurlo.

Good base for walking

House is good. It is excellent that sleeping rooms are separate from kitchen and living room. Big table, big balcony. Little disadvantages not understand how to use dishwashing machine there are no usual things in a house (which are normal to find in any house) for example salt, soap etc.

We had a wonderful holiday. Apartment was just good enough size, good sanitation, decent beds, clean, no complaints. We sat there with 4 adults, 4 children and a baby and that went pretty well. Good supermarket nearby and a good pool around the corner. Only downside is that it really is 20 minutes drive to Konigsleiten, where we went skiing, a small winding road. There you are done with it after a week. Alternative is incidentally a ski resort that is much closer, but we did not use them.

Unfortunately, we found the layout of the rooms is completely different than the one described before. There were not two rooms with double beds, but only one with a double bed and one with two single beds and built-in bedside table therebetween. But that was really bad that this room had no window, which was open. It went into the garage and therefore had only a fixed skylight. There was a fan which you should then turn on. But he was at least as loud as standard toilet fan. No-one could have slept. Unfortunately it was not possible to move to another house. Thus, one can only say this neighborhood would be ok for 2 adults and 4 children, but not for 4 adults and 4 children as it was described in the Prospectus. So that was a clear error when booking!

Good holiday. Many went out on. About the accommodation spacious, comfortable with very good speed. Due to the high temperatures the living space, was certainly later in the afternoon, too hot. Ee air would help.

Hi, just returned from our week ski vacation im Wald, 22-12 to 29-12-12 we talked great time, our composition was: grandpa grandma daughter-in-law 2kleinkinderen and 7th of 3 years and Pake and Beppe. 8 Pers.dus. the app. was spotless friendly upon arrival, but little information, first night trying to stabbing the fire, but did not succeed, room full of smoke (valve was open) the safety gate if it is open would be a hook to sit you bump your head if you go to the top is running. We were 5 young people and all together thrilled with the equipment. High-quality, condition and everything you need available. Very well equipped Küche.Einziger disadvantage of the apartment is that it is noisy and one bedroom has no window to open and it is accordingly very warm in the room. We were very pleasantly surprised by this beautiful apartment that our reasonable expectations over where made! Roomy, bright clean, good kitchen with matching attributes, great location, really great! Only downside: incredible flying. We have every day at least 50 with the vacuum cleaner away. The cause was clearly a number of open manure heaps at farms in the buurt.Dit could easily be prevented if there were screen doors installed worden.Maar: the positive sense prevails, this is a top-apartment!
