Overall, a solid experience, The apartment was spacious and functional, and the location was convenient for exploring the Kitzbühel Alps, Would consider returning

It is a nice apartment for a family with adult children and partners. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are good and there are two bathrooms. The private infrared cabin in the bathroom was also very nice! There is also a shared room for all ski equipment, including boot warmers. And there is a communal hot air sauna. The location is also great! Close to the ski bus and the gondola lift in Niederau. What can be improved: - the kitchen did not function optimally. Both the stove and the oven did not work properly. When we went to reception with this, we were told that they were aware of this and that we had to use a different position. It is a shame that this is not repaired or indicated in advance. As a result, 1 evening meal was almost lost. In addition, there were also no coasters to place pans on the table and the knives were very dull. - You only get 1 set of towels for the entire week. When we asked for clean towels, this was experienced as very complicated and we were told that we should have brought extra towels ourselves. After asking if we could pay for them differently, we did receive clean towels, but that was not the case. - The apartments are quite noisy. You can hear people in the hallway of the complex as if they were in your apartment. And we were unlucky that 2 of the bedrooms were at the back where a neighbor keeps ducks, which started quacking loudly every morning at 6:00 am. - Finally, the dining table could have been slightly larger for 6 people and a nice lounge sofa would not have been out of place. The floor is a bit tired and the music system and TV are outdated (e.g. no option to stream) . However, these are things that could have completed the whole thing, but are not a necessity.

Apartment is spacious and clean, it’s location close by ski lifts, supermarket etc. Check in was quick, friendly and lady was super nice, helpful and amazing English

It's a beautiful apartment. Very clean, very complete. We have an apartment on the second floor with a fantastic view.
