Located on the first floor, the apartment features a welcoming hallway leading to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, TV and comfortable seating. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms for up to four guests. One bedroom features a double bed and a charming fireplace, while the second has two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends or additional guests. The modern bathroom includes a bathtub and washing machine.

Everything as described.
Very nice hostel people, very good and rich breakfast, very nice apartment, great view and a lot of rest
It is an old farmhouse from the 1500's a bit dated but clean and functional. sloping roofs difficult to shower and go to the toilet. You can't get fresher eggs than there. Very sweet and attentive hostess Frau Driessler. Nice location to explore the area from there. PLEASE NOTE the front door is difficult to reach if you have difficulty walking.
Beautiful environment. Very warm welcome. Accommodation was basic, but we expected this too. Alkes what you need is available.
Arrival was fine, area beautiful. Accommodation as expected.

Nice house at a cozy small farm with very friendly hostess Petra. Dish with own baked cookies received on arrival. Beautiful surroundings and beautiful views. 15 minutes drive (largely over the motorway) from ski resort Katschberg. You have to drive all the way up a steep road, where sometimes chains are necessary (on the upper part). A double bed in the living room. Two single beds in a separate room. Dining area in a separate kitchen. Shower in the bath a bit dated. Cozy wood stove, but also electric heating per room. All in all good to get warm.No Wifi.

Upon arrival, friendly hostess Berti. Accommodation was clean and everything was available. The hostess spoke regularly during our stay and informed us about the area and treated us to a local drink and snack. The farm business of the hostess can be visited daily and gives a good impression of farm life in Austria. Trips to the surroundings, mountain passes, villages or Italy are among the possibilities. Thanks to the family of the farm. A wonderful holiday.
Very nice reception of the landlady. The accommodation is in a good condition, the second bedroom however very small, although there are 4 beds available, but for 4 people I find the apartment too small. Also missing storage space for clothes in the large bedroom. The surroundings Is idyllic and rural.
We were on our arrival very cordially by Ms Beri Driessler begrüsst.Die accommodation is very clean, with friendly light wood, the kitchen urgemütlich.Aus all windows one has a different view in the Carinthian countryside. We were traveling with baby and dog in the house and could accordingly Near hiking-Perau, upper / lower book (with stroller), Alexander Cottage, Millstätter Hütte, Wölflbauer hut Nockalmstrasse and Weissensee and the indoor pool in Spittal-easy access to everything and all very erholsam- even strolling in Grmüünd, Spittal and Villach.Alles in all a very nice holiday
We were warmly received by the family boerderij.Ideale place for trips by car to include at Lake Millstatt weissensee, Turracherhöhe (toboggan) etc .... The house is only accessible by stairs.
